Would like to know who is calling.

It is CB merchant services-a third party debt collector. They are very aggressive.

At least that is what they told me.
They are a collection company of some sort. they called my cell regarding someone else.  I called them back and requested they don't call my number anymore.  Supposedly the manager was looking at this to see why my number was called.  I was on hold forever!  When I tried to get info as to why they were calling they were very evasive and didn't want to answer any questions.  I was told by a Kevin that my number was being removed from their contact list.  I told them I am on the no call list and I don't want anymore calls.

Called at 8:00am on Saturday morning! I didn't call back

Called a neighbors house for a Robin and asked that they deliver the message be delievered to my home.  I called the number back and spoke to a gentleman ( can't remember his name) they had no record of a Robin living at my address but said they would look into the error.

Dave calls us 7 days a week 3 or 4 times a day!

Definitely a debt collector, automated!

CBE must be some kind of fraud front.
Brent Stanton called my motherinlaw asking this 78 year old women for telephone # of son in law. Told her it was business matter and very evasive.  Asked her for son in laws phone #.
I called them back, receptionist answered the phone "This is Sara" was hesitant when I asked the name of the company and what they do.

Brent told me they were calling on behalf of HOME DEPOT. They had  motherinlaws number as a secondary contact #. THIS IS NOT TRUE never used that phone # as a contact. CBE claims Citibank gave them the contact info.

Turns out they were looking for another person with the same name as I who lives in Milton.  I live in Plymouth.

http://www.cbegroup.com/  It is a "progressive collection agency" whatever that is supposed to mean.  It leaves a message on answering machine claiming that by simply staying on the phone that you are the party they are calling.  I am going to report them to the Department of Consumer Affairs (http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/guide/comptable/cmpltbd.shtml), District Attorney (http://www.cdaa.org/daroster.htm) and the Federal Trade Commission (http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fdcpajump.shtm).

The Caller ID shows IOWA CALL and 515-453-2970.  When I call that I get some guy at his home.  I asked if I called CBE Group, and he said no.  They apparently only work 8-5 M-F Central time so they are not really interested in talking to CA.

they keep calling texas, i never gave them a # in texas.

Received 4 calls , i finally answered the last call, woman requested to speak with my sister??? so i told her this is not my sister's number and she has never used my number in ref to any applications. Representative was rude and had no explaination. this is shady why are they contacting family member??????

they called my work. told the receptionist that I knew them. Thought it might be a friend thinking they were funny. Told them not to call my work anymore, and the lady said that they didn't have my home number. Even though they had called it just 2 days before!

received a call from 866-884-7575 and they are a debt collector and very rude saying they will come to you residence and take you personal items.  They threaten to put a lein on my house and wages...who are these people.

Are they still harasing you about anything?

Debt Collector for Home Depot they will call you all day long

Calls 3-4 times a day 7 days a week. When I answer, they don't say anything. When I call them back, no one ever answers. Tells me to leave message.
