I get this call twice a day when I answer I get a Hello then hang up!!

I also get this call twice or three times a day. An apparent woman's voice says "Hello" in a monotone lower octave delivery and then nothing, with a dial tone in about 5 or 10 seconds.

this number calls me up to four times a day. when i pick up there's a 2 second delay then a ladies voice says "hello." and hangs up.

this number calls me at work every day.  one time, after the "hello", a lady came on the line and I spoke with her and asked to be removed from their list.  she seemed startled that I was on the line, and said, "is this a work number? we are supposed to be calling residences".  

needless to say, they keep calling back.  today I called the number and it asks for service in English or Filipino.  I would suggest calling it and trying to speak to someone.  something fishy is going on here.

Name of the company is Bulse and they sell long distance services.
Sounds like a scam.
They say they are in Toronto, Canada.
No manager is ever available to speak to.
These guys need to have their time wasted. I suggest everyone calls them from a fax machine at least 3 times a day until they are forced to change their phone number.

Got a call from them on my fax line, which of course didn't go through. I'd noted the number (it's toll-free, I believe), so called it. As "Weird", above, notes, you're asked by an automatic voice whether you want to continue in English or Filipino. After a quick wait I got a heavily-accented (and pleasant enough) guy on a VERY bad VOIP connection who took my number and said it would be removed from their phone list.
We'll see what happens.

I called and started threatening them that I would call them and be verbally more abusive then I was if they didn't take me off the list. They insisted on having my name so I told them to shove it and remove me from the list and they don't need my full name. They claim that they will be removing me asap.

Every damn day they call! Like 5 times EVERYDAY!!!

I want to tell them to go shove something somewhere but I can't get anyone to talk to me, just that damn voice saying hello then nothing.

This close to calling Rogers to block their number. They're costing me daytime minutes and voicemail time!

Don't suppose telling the police about this will do anything...

Four days after my posting of 2008-06-24, the company called again. I called back again, an was told the company is Pulse Telecom, and it is located in Toronto. Again, line was like bad VOIP. Was again assured my number would be deleted. If it happens again, I will lodge a complaint with the CRTC in Ottawa.

I picked up this call as I see it on my caller ID ever so often.  The first time, they hang up immediately.  The second time, I heard an automated "hello" and then nothing.  The third time, the automatic "hello" was followed by a lady offering long distance plans.  I told her I do not make long distance calls at all.  The next day, the same number phoned again.  I picked it up and they hang up.  Then, they phoned again and there was an automated message about the rates they offer.  It then gave options such as '1' for more info, '2' if you are not interested, etc.  I pressed '1' as I wanted to tell them to stop calling me, but I was put on a long wait with music in the background and I gave up and hang up.

This number has been calling me INCESSANTLY over the last month or so.  It calls my home number (through Rogers) anywhere from 1-3 times a day.  It also calls my cell phone (Rogers Pay-As-You-Go) anywhere from 3-6 times a day. I've tried to call Rogers and the Rep told me that "for a small monthly fee" I can get them to block the number from my home phone. I refuse to do this as I don't want to give Rogers anymore money since it's probably them that sold my home number to this 'telemarketer'. On top of that, the Rep said that they couldn't do anything for my cell phone since it's Pay-As-You-Go.
I've tried to text them but they keep calling me anyway. They've now resorted to waiting until my voicemail picks up and then hang up, which leaves a message for me and costs me money (costs me airtime AND money to retrieve the message).
I finally decided to file a complaint with the CRTC and attach a link to this website so that they can see I'm not the only one complaining.

this # keeps calling me even at midnight and then i just keep ignoring it but wut i recomend is that u call that # back then tell them ur going to call the police and to stop calling them cause there feracks and then call the police the u can tell them that this number is annoying u and it keeps calling and u want it to stop then they will phone them then they will stop calling  you

ive called them about 20 times and have asked them to remove me from their call list... and they still dont take it out... they call me at least twice a day for the past month and a half!!!

We have been getting calls from this number almost daily for the past few months. Call block from Telus does not work. Call your phone company privacy office and report it. Telus is going to contact them and ask to have my number removed but there is nothing else that can be done because of weak laws.

Irritating calls from the same phone number in a day. You would think nobody would call on my days off but this number calls 3 to 4 times a day!
I ignore the ring when I see this number on my ID but it still is
pretty ANNOYING!

Everyone, just call the number back, press 1, then press *, when they answer, hang up.

Everyone do this 5 times a day and they will get the message !!

I am following this up with my telcom and ask if this can be disconnected or banned.
