- houstoncalled looking for my neighbor
- 85258Caller left extended message obviously read from a script. Caller was speaking so quickly that it was difficult to identify the callers name or the multiple disclaimers being stated aside from the obvious comments that it was a collection agency pursuing payment. I doubt the validity of the call as I have not had an outstanding debt to my name in nearly 30 years. About a year ago I received a similar series of calls (not necessarily from this same company or telephone number). I opted to take those calls and gave clear instruction that any claims they had against me could be directed to my attorney. Never heard from them since then.

- k in denver"Ashley with Pioneer" has been calling my cell phone looking for one of my employees. How she got his name and my number associated I have no idea. I have to doubt her business is legit. She gave number as 866-888-1716 x 56272 but that's not what came up on caller id.

- Wrong nameMy mother in law received three phone calls asking for me (first and last name only). After the second, I returned the call to find that the person they sought had a different middle initial, DOB, and last 4 digits of SSN. They refused to reveal what type of company they were; I asked them to refrain from calling my mother in law again. She received another call today, and, when she explained that they had the wrong name/number, they told her she was lying and hung up on her. I followed up with a phone call to resolve the situation and complain, received no apology, no info re: the company, but was assured the number would be removed from the call list. Now I guess I have to wait and see if they pursue further. All very unprofessional and very frustrating.

- workcallJennifer Glass from this number left a message saying she wanted to verify employment but didn't leave her company name, just a call-back reference number. I don't return calls to people who don't leave a company name.
- callsonThis number has been calling my son who is still in high school, when I called them, they talked so fast you couldn't get the name of the company, the info they had was wrong and they wanted the last four on ss#. this is a scam, They were rude and when I ask them to mail me something, they said they could not do that until they had me on a payment plan. SCAM!!!!

- EllenPCR called us once and hung up, then a woman called again asking for my husband without first identifying herself, and when asked she gave only her first name "Marissa" and said she was calling from Pioneer Credit Recovery and needed to know my husband's birth date. When I objected that it was secure information that she had no right to unless she gave me a good explanation why, she said that a "personal business matter" had come to her, but she wouldn't say for whom it was personal nor what business. So I said that she is just a stranger then who has no right to anything from us, Goodbye. I bet she'll call back a fourth time.

- E in KCThey called and knew my name and phone number - cell, not landline. I have absolutely no idea where they got this information. They knew my street address and where looking for my neighbor.she would not clarify where she got my information ("it came into our office"). Made me very uncomfortable. They wanted me to get a message to my neighbor, but I know my neighbors and the name they gave isn't one of them. I told her to delete my information (which they likely will not). The whole situation makes me uncomfortable to go home.
- JR| 1 replyI have had multiple calls from this company identifying themselves as Pioneer Credit Recovery. They were able to leave a voice message even though I have my phone blocked, their number never showed up in my call records. I was told to call back at 866-888-0911 and was called by someone named Haley Laford???? the number originated from 866 888-0911. I have no business with them and have no loans and never have. I have been receiving 100s of bogus calls all from different numbers. Am looking into a legal remedies to stop the ongoing harassment.
