Someone from this number has called me three to four times daily. I never pick up, and they never leaves a message.

call 3-4 times in a hour

It seems that 866-890-5731 and 866-888-9103 are the same outfit.  I'm reporting them to the FTC hotline 1-888-382-1222

This is American Cancer Society.  As if I don't feel badly enough for not contributing to a cause like breast cancer, it is only heightened by the fact that I have told them I lost my job this year and they continue to call week after week after week...  this has been going on for months!!!

American Cancer Society looking for donations to fight breast cancer.  My wife donated once, they call constantly looking for more.

They call my house 3-4 times a day.  I finally got caller ID...I called them back on the 1.866.888.9103 and left a message for them to stop calling.  They continue to call.

866-888-9103 call 3-4 times a day. I do not answer. I am disabled and it is hard to reach the phone, when I manage to get there the phone has quit ringing and they don't leave a message.

Can you afford to buy a cordless phone?  Not a cell phone, a cordless land line.  A cordless phone with the handset in your pocket would allow you to catch the pest and tell them "no".  More important, you can use that handset to call for help if you fall or get stuck somewhere.

I get calls from this number several times a week and some times twice in a day. I have an unlisted number, that doesn't make a difference.
