called my cell asking for my deceased ex. when I called back, unbusiness like and wouldn't tell me who they were. UGH

They were rude and didn't leave any information.  Just said it was "important"  that I call them back today.

it's a comapny sunrise something credit. they called me about a bank fo america loan i had. i dont' know if htey're for real or not. told them i'll call the bank and they said the bank will tell me to call them.  they said they can cut the amount of the loan and settle it for me for less money. a little leery about that!

Got a call from Mandy or something like that, about an accout that i had overlooked when switching bank account. Very rude woman. Would not let me tell her my side or make an arrangement to pay. Yelled at me and when I told her I take care of this bill via my lawyer, had the nerve to say, yot got money for a lawyer but not to pay your bills.  This is not BankofAmerica but some bill collector that BOA has.....  very rude and not professional......

Called me from a Massachusetts area code, to call back this 866 number.  Would not tell me what company they were.  Assume it's a debt collector (given my current financial situation), but I refuse to give out any info over the phone if they won't tell me who they are!

This number is not Portfolio Recovery.  Dianne Williams is rude and won't identify her company.

What is really unusual is that the toll free database does not have this number listed.

Don't believe too much of what you read on internet sites complaining about debt collection companies unless evidence is supplied.  This number belongs to Sunrise Credit Services.  Read below:

They are Sunrise credit collectors. Attempting to collect a debt for Bank of America. They are legit, they were very professional when they left a message on my phone .!
