Called my work line-which is not a direct line, an extension needs to be entered-and asked for Van.  Hung up when I said it was the wrong number.

They called & asked for a David. When I explained to one of my friends, she said that a voice simialr to the one I explained also called our friend David & threatened him. When we called back it was a Florida number. I searched on google & it said that it's a toll-free number.

Multiple calls to my cell and home from this number .. caller is always Hispanic and male .. it's for a vacation package I purchase, years ago, for $399.00 .. we never used it and it expired, a fact of which they made clear when I called to book a trip (granted, it was likely in the mountain of fine-print paper they sent me) .. well and fine ..

In the past several weeks I'm getting calls from them again, wanting another $100.00 to reactivate the package I already paid $399.00 for -- remember, they already have my $400, which is likely more after interest, since I never used the trip -- I explained they already have my $400, they told me it expired and I could not use it, and suddenly now, years later, they want another $100 to reactivate something they previously told me was expired .. I said I wasn't paying another penny and the caller got very "snotty", explaining to me that, "well you have to understand the trip now is more expensive because that was years ago" .. not my problem, you've have my money for years to invest and increase -- I told him I wasn't interested and not to call again .. told him to remove my numbers and that I'm on the "Do Not Call" list for all of my numbers .. he hung up on my ..

Got another call, week or so later, on 8/17/07 at 7:48 p.m. C.S.T. .. ignored that call .. got another call this morning, 8/29/07 at 9:48 a.m. C.S.T. .. Called them back from my office phone and spoke to another Hispanic male (named Angel) who apologized and said I'd have to call from the cell phone to remove the number .. hung up and called them, some other man said "Hello" (didn't ID the travel company)and didn't know who Angel was .. said he could help me and said no, I was calling Angel back ..

Hung up and called again and got a woman, who connected me with Angel .. went through detail again with him and requested they remove my numbers and do not call again ..

Caller named Mark (would not give me last name).  identified my wife by name, said she bought a travel vacation to Florida 12 years ago.  I kept asking to speak to supervisor, but he wouldn't transfer me to anyone else.  Finally he hung up when I wouldn't let him complete a sentence.

Regulary get calls from this number 866-897-2756 on my new cell phone - only co-workers and family have my number.  They never leave messages.  I don't answer the calls since I can see the number appear on my phone and I don't recognize it but it is extremely annoying for them to keep calling!  Reading other complaints here at least let me know I am not alone in getting repeated calls.

I was called (showed Out of Area) by Janet Blanchet for ETourandTravel telling me that my wife filled out a survey indicating the desire to travel to Florida over a year ago and so they were calling back with this $99 offer.

After her spiel she wanted me to give her my credit card number to register with them.  I refused so she then got me to go on their web site going through various parts of it.  She then asked for my credit card number again and I again refused stating that I do not give my credit card number to anyone that calls me.  She asked to put me on hold, and then her supervisor came on the line, again wanting me to give my credit card number.  I again stated that I do not give my credit card number unless I initiate the call as I can't be sure who they are (caller ID didn't even show up), and the phone number that they gave me IS NOT EVEN ONE LISTED on their website (which I called on my cell phone while on the normal line and got no answer after 6 rings).

Of course they won't let you call them back at a more verifiable number (like one on their web site or the phone book) -- one time deal (except that they keep calling...)

Looking later for company info, it looks like they have had many reports to the BBB.

2:45 pm - Sammy called to reactivate a trip from 2 years ago.  We did not have the opportunity to take the trip.  He was very friendly and understood that I wanted to speak with my husband before making a decision.  He put his supervisor on the phone to see if they could extend it from 18 months to 24 months.  The manager could not talk convince me to pay for the trip, so he hung up on me.  I could back to speak to someone above the manager and they placed me on hold (hung up again).  I called back and spoke to a nice guy by the name of Tristian and he stated for me to call back in a half hour.  I was told Jason Alexander is a Manager at Etours and Travel, but I don't know how true it is.  They have caller ID

I have been receiving calls from them every day (sometimes twice a day) for at least 6 months. After reading the comments on here from other people, I'm glad I'm not the only one who receives these annoying calls. Any idea how to stop them?

Etourandtravel telemarketer selling vacation package $99 for 3 nights 4 days at Daytona. Telemarketer passed me to the person who tried to register me. The second person told me info but the info does not tell what's included. I was curious and she went on until she needed my credit card. I was hesitant and I told her I pass this time. At that time I felt there was a scheme to put me on a trap. It maybe true but it sounds like too good to be true. $99 is $99.

The callerID read toll free call, seeing no harm in giving a guy a run for his money I answered (I like to mess with telemarketers...)
When I answered the phone, a man who did not ID himself or his company came on the line offering a sales pitch for a $99 vacation because back in 2003 my mom purchased a $399 vacation package.  His offer was a 5 day trip to Orlando, Fla. with $100 dollars off airline tickets, and free hotel rooms (there was more, but i was ignoring it...).  when he was finished with the pitch, i asked him what the catch was, and he stated that we only had to walk around a hotel for an hour or so.
I then began probing for information.  I told him I needed to contact my mom on the situation and that I wanted to call him back, he wouldn't give me a number because when he hung up the phone, our account would be purged.  I asked him how it was paid, and he said that it was paid through a visa card, but wouldn't give me the last four numbers.  I asked him to read off the information on my account.  He had an almost correct address, he mispronounced my mom's first and last name (which had changed); the only correct info he gave was phone number, and head of household.

sounds like a scam to me...

    What a nuisance!
My phone rang, I looked at Caller ID, it said "Toll Free Call 866-897-2756".  I picked up the receiver but I said nothing.  After a pause, a man's voice said "Hello" and asked for me by name.  I still said nothing, just waited to listen if the guy said anything else.  Some silence & then he hung up.  I'm on the Do Not Call list.  After reading the other comments here, I blocked the number from calling me again.  What a nuisance!
