I have received two calls in one day so far from this number.  It is a male voice with a heavy foreign accent, almost russian or armenian and I think it is actually a recorded message because it is word for word, inflection for inflection, identical. Most people naturally would vary the intonations, but both messages are word for word accurate and it literally sounds like a recorded message. This is a con artist.  Just don't even answer the phone.

I got a call saying I'm being sued its a scam I just hanged up on the guy, i think he was calling from India oh his name was bradly cooper ! Lol

Caller had a mechanized voice with an accent and was threatening. How can these people be stopped. Obviously it is a scam of some kind.

guy calls me and says iam being sued for 5000...saying if i dont resolve my over the phone that he would foward my info to my states attorney general office... i hung up on him and he called back to back to back leaving voicemails.... what am i to do???

I just got a voicemail & called back. The man that answered stated that it was regarding a past due balance with creditors, but did not provide any information regarding a creditor. I have not had a credit card or line of credit in over 10 years. As soon as I stated that I wanted paperwork regarding the matter & refuse to send money to an unknown entity, he ended the phone conversation abruptly. I have had identity theft on at least 2 occassions which I reported to the credit bureaus as well as notices from the Dept of Defense & other government entities which I have been gainfully employed by over the years that files including my personal info was misplaced/stollen or leaked. I have always reported to the credit bureaus each time anything regarding my personal information that may effect my credit that may have been misused or leaked.

I have received 3 calls on 3 different days all stating that "this call is for YOU (yes without name), YOU need to contact me at 866-901-1521 or have your attorney as soon as possible.  My name is Kevin Jones and the number given is nt direct line.  If you and I mean you don't call than I can only wish you the best in this serious matter".  I had calls last year that I was a suspect in a murder case...LOL I took the number to the police department they called and the guy hung up on him and I was told never to listen to stuff like that because no one would leave a message on your machine or vm if that were true...LOL

This happened to me earlier.

I get a call at 6:30am, don't answer it because I'm sleeping.. When I wake up and see who the hell called me so early I see this number and have a voicemail. I listen to the voice mail (which was pretty hard to figure out everything he is saying due to an accent) And make out this:

"The very second you get receive this message, I need you or your ..reaching..attorney..of..there?  to return the call. ...? is extremely time sensitive. My name is Kevin Jones and the hotline to my division is (866) 901-1521. Don't disregard this message. Return the call. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye and best of luck."

I didn't return the call.

same as most above, wife was called told she had to settle matter or be in Court on monday - person had heavy Indian accent. Couldn't say what Court, but knew what State he was calling. I am an attorney so my wife did npot believe it for one second and reported it to our local Sheriff white-collar unit because they also called my spouse's mom (who is in her 70's) an threatened that 'her daughter would be in jail in money not paid', my biggest concern is that my number has been unlisted for 20 years and they had very personal information.

Decided to call back to possibly get information from them to make a report. Plus, I was curious about why they were calling.
I immediately asked who this was and how you got this number. He said "Hello, well lets see..(he repeated my phone number) then said well you just called me from it.." Really..!
Then "Kevin Jones" asked for a different person who wasn't me and I told them you have the wrong number.
He then apologized and abruptly hung up. I still wanted answers so I called back..
Kevin Jones picked up right away and said "yes, miss can I help you again?" Without me saying anything so I got the idea he has caller ID. I then said I wanted to ask some questions.. He said okay. I said, alright so your name is Kevin Jones and this is your phone number? He said, yes of course. Then I asked what company your with and he said Vaker And Mckenzie (after having him repeat it twice&make him spell it..his accent was very thick!) I asked what was the business address and he immediately asked me why I wanted that information. I said I would just like to know. He said Miami, Flordia. I said yes but what is your full address. He gave me this: 1111 Brickell Avenue, suite 1700. I then said thank you that's all I need for now, and hung up.
I called the real vaker&mckenzie and asked about this person, the guy was super nice and had no idea who it was and said it was a scam.
I then called the number back and told him I knew this was a scam and I was reporting him and the number. He tried arguing saying he was a real attorney and that he was just doing his job.. He hung up on me after a few minutes of us arguing. I called back a few times after each time he hung up and proceeded to (childishly sure) tell him how does it feel getting harassed and maybe I should call back at 6:30am like he did to me..I then called him a f*cking liar and hung up on HIM..

Did I mention that you can't interrupt a pregnant woman's sleep and get away with it?!?! lol

Yes, same s***. Voice is deep and sort of slurred. I am grateful for this forum thank you all and the future posts after me. I would rather post to this community then call "Mr. Kevin Jones"

This person may be prone to receiving an all out FAX assault(s).  ;-)

I got the same call as you did at 6:30am - it has happened two times now and it is also by the same Kevin Jones - I did not return the call - I just keep deleting the voice mail.

people, these are scammers from India or Pakistani that somehow got the hold of personal information and threatening to file a lawsuit. I make fun of them and then hang up, but they keep calling every so often. Just tell them they have a wrong number to leave you alone.

I recieved a call like that to. A guy that sounded Pakistan or Iranian or Indian. I just disregarded it. I have had so many like that. The first one I was real upset. Then the second time a few months later I just told the guy off and he threatend me to come to my house. So, I reported the number to some bureau they have out there in the Fed Government. I forget now. The third time, I like the person above just told him OK send the paper work I 'll be waiting for it. He hung up abruptly and of coarse nothing ever came. Now I just don't even bother with them . I f it sounds like an indian accent I just hang up no matter what kind of rude, or legally threatening things they are trying to say. They usually try to call right back but i don't even answer. I run a business on this line and don't have any time for that kind of non-sense. That's to bad because it makes me have bad feeling when purchasing or dealing with people from India or eastern forieners in this country.

I told him I was having sex with his sister while he and I were talking. He went ballistic and then I tild him I was also having sex with his wife and sister. He hung up after cursing me.

I''m going to buy an air horn and next time one of theses crooks calls I'm going to blow out his eardrums.

I have received as many as 20 phone calls from this number in a day. I was also told that I was being sued, and would need to take care of this immediately. When I asked what company was suing me, the guy couldn't give me an answer. Every time I told him no and hung upt he'd call back. I started messing with him at this point as I was completely annoyed. This went on for a couple of weeks and if I ignored the calls,  he would leave minute long messages on my voicemail of him singong to me. I finally stopped getting calls for months, but it seems this has started up again as I got another call today.

Just got the same voicemail.  I couldn't understand most of what he said, but the same kind of information left.  I will not call back based on these posts. Thanks

I work for a law firm and I recently had a client, who filed bankruptcy, give us contact information for this company. They would not tell me who they were, why they were calling him and could not even let me know what they were calling him about without a phone number. Seeing that I can give my client's name to any company's bankruptcy department or collections department and they can find his case or file number then surely this company is a scam company. Please be aware that legally if you have filed for bankruptcy and this company comes after you saying you are going to be sued by one of the "creditors" please, first ask which creditor is suing you and then tell them you have filed for bankruptcy and simply HANG UP. If this does not work then contact your attorney or the bankruptcy court. These people threatened to KILL my client.

I hope that you all get a laugh out of this company because they made me giggle.

I received a phone call from the guy tonight his name was Chuck Davis he had a deep foreign accent listen to old 5000 dollars but would settle out of court 1000 he said there was a lawsuit been filed against my so security number when I demanded a contact number and contact person to the creditors he he repredented he refused to give me that information said he will lose his job he did you didn't put me on the phone with a supervisor when I ask for the contact information to  verify that this wasn't a scam and told him that this information was going to be turned over to the district attorney's office  he got angry with me told me that's would be arrested Friday and he will see me in court

I just recieved a call from a sebastian cooper. Saying that he needed for me or my attorney of records to call him back cause there was a serious case against me. What do I do? What happens if I dont pay or call him back?

I got the same call and just want to call back to mess with them LOL! i did call back and hung up and Kevin Jones called back saying he could see i called and to call back as soon as possible, im gonna tell him IM keven jones, what a bunch of idiots!
