Alliance One, Inc. is headquartered out of Trevose, Pennsylvania but they have call centers all over the world. This company has managed to gobble up several different debt collectors and bring them under their umbrella.
Alliance One announces the acquisition of Pacific Coast Collections Inc., (PCC) located in San Diego, California.

PCC had a terrible reputation for abuse of consumers; let's hope they clean up the dirty mess left by PCC.

Why does this agency seem to be crumbling under it’s own management?

Just how bad is the training in San Diego? Why does management allow so many violations of the FDCPA? Are collectors REALLY sent out to homes and businesses to effect collections? Just how desperate are Marlene and Michael Hale to hold onto power at Alliance One? Will they really go to any ends to effect collections?

If this sounds like a sick soap opera than you need to stay far away from Alliance One and it’s cast of cast offs. This is a sinking ship with rats all over the place. Everyone needs to sat far away from them, least they be caught up in the stink of this organization.

Asking for a return call about a matter that needs to be discussed.  Then I called the number and was put on hold by a machine.

Same thing here, they are calling my cell everyday.  Can't get the name of the company off the recorded message.  It's the same message every time that they've tried to contact me several times (this was the very first message from them as well).  If this is in fact a collection company I don't know why they're calling me as I don't owe anyone money...

I have been receiving calls from this number for months - they never say the name of the company and I keep telling them that the person they are looking for is not at this number - but they keep harrassing me!

Get calls from this number, 866-902-3679, many times per day, including nights, weekends, holidays, wee hours of the morning, like 4 a.m.. There is never anyone at the other end when I answer. If I let the call go through to my answering machine, the call does not release my line and I cannot get a dial tone to call out, nor can anyone call in. When I call this number to complain, I get a dead line, no one answers. This is becoming highly annoying, especially in the middle of the night. These companies should not be able to abuse the phone lines like this. I have written letters to the company mentioned above with no results. Fed up, ready to disconnect my phone.

They have called me once or twice a day for the last month and a bit looking for some one,  the phone number i have has been recycled and i have no idea who this person is, they have been told to stop by me and my wife the last few times, but they still keep calling.  I'm about to take police action, if i can that is.

Definitely Alliance One - i called them back and got put on hold! Then they disconnected me? And I don't owe any money so I dunno what they want....

I keep getting phone calls from this number, two times sometimes three times a day, im not even out of high school yet and i dont understand these voicemails i keep getting, its always the same message from the same number, the same person.
I have never heard of alliance one in my life!

Got this number and three others 1 866 398 7644, 1 866 894 2118, 1 866 398 7644 and its the same thing, machine answers, phones at stupid hours. I do owe money but I have tried to resolve the situation with no luck, They want the money now! even though things maybe tight. I litteraly told them to f off as they were getting very pushy and ignorant.

We had been receiveng several calls from the number 1-866-902-3679.
They don't ask for anybody in particular and they don't say who they are. Their tone of voice is very agressive and irritaring. We are in the "Not Calling List" but we are still receive calls similar like this one.

My wife is alone at home during the day. She's 82 years old and get very agitated when she get those calls. Please do something to stop the calls.

THEY ARE SO ANNOYING!!!  CALL ME EVERYDAY like 2-3 times,  Morning , afternoon and maybe night.  I already told them i m not the person they're looking for or whatever, but they still keep calling me.  and lots of voice mail too.

I am in Toronto ..these low lifes have started calling me from the 1-866-398-7644 number . No idea who these clowns are & why they are harrasing inncocent folks like me .

This number called today saying that they were the Medicare Acute Management Team.
I cannot find information on this team other than for internal clinic acquisition of statistics that provide treatment priorities and direction. They wouldn’t be calling patients.
