Wanting me to sign for a package when delivered, wanted my info but didn't want to give any of their info. When asked they hung up the phone.

That same number called my sisters phone saying I have a pending  claim filed against me and that if I didn't get in contact with them they would take legal actions

Same people just called me too claiming that my friend and I had to sign legal documents or they would take legal action against us. We don't know these people it's a scam!!! The caller wouldn't even tell me his name and cussed me.

This number called a friend and left the message for me as a courier
service and to call the Attorneys Network and when you call it says MCS or NCS

They called yesterday here at my work and I asked them to remove the number.  Now today they called my cel.  Important documents, federal tax lien, court hearing.  And have now called work again.  Who do I need to report them to so they get fined?  I have asked them to stop calling and do not owe the federal government.

Got a call yesterday saying my son had a claim and to call back in 3 days or else they would make a legal claim.

I just got a call saying the same information. When I called back they asked me to verfiy my last 4 and they had it wrong. I told them that whoever keeps calling me was very rude and please remove my information.

Left a message saying that this was a matter of a returned item from my bank. I've never done business with them and never had a problem with my bank. When I call nobody can tell me what this is about so I just hang up.

I called number MCS company had my information on an old pay day loan. What do I do. Told me I get served or agree to making a payment

Do not want these scammers calling my place of employment, I have been divorced for a little over 2 yrs now and the last name they are searching for me, is no longer being used. I am going to have harassment proceedings on these people if it keeps happening.

Stop calling my job... talking about their going to serve me some documents lol... this is harassment. And I'm going to call the authorities if this keeps happening. It's against the law I'm stressing and going crazy!

They are calling from multiple numbers. First they say "Is this [first name]?", like they know you. Then they tell you that they are with a courier service and need to verify an address. They claim they have to serve you with legal papers. I, of course, questioned the first one until I realized that they were indeed a scam. I asked what courier service, what their address was (which they did not want to give me), what their phone number was (it came up as unknown). The woman, Amanda, told me she was with Priority One Courier on Union Street in my very small town. No honey, there isn't a Priority Courier in my small town and Union Street has very few businesses on it and your number isn't linked with any courier service.

Now to contact my lawyer. Honestly, how do these people live with themselves when they lie all the time??

I received a call from my parents who live in another state.  MCS said I have a debt with CashNet and they started calling my brother and his girlfriend on their cell phones with a restricted number.  So neither of them would answer but, my brother checked his voice mail and they told him that they were going to come to my job and/or home to serve me with papers if I didn't settle with them right away.  I told them to bring it...they even told me that they did a back gound investigation on me and they knew that I had an income being deposited into my bank on a weekly basis.  I said if you count unemployment as an income; ok.  MCS also, wanted me to pay and additional $1,000 plus the loan I received almost three years ago.  I said charge it to the game.

They called my girlfriend, her mom and my work. Same number and same courier service! He said he is coming to my house later @ 2:00! Im praying to sweet baby Jesus that he shows up.

Some woman who calls herself Arlene Roberts, calls threatening to come visit here if her call is not returned.  Unfortunately, she asks for someone who never lived here, and we've had this number for over a dozen years.  She makes the call speaking very fast with a heavy NY accent and almost unintelligible.  I'm sure that's part of the scam plan.  She also has a "docket" which she will reveal after the call.  A real piece of work, this [***].

 I did get a pay day loan then before  the first payment was due i got a call saying i commited  grand larsony with a bad ck.  They threatend me with jail if i didnt pay at that time.  I paniced gave up my bank info and on a recorded line gave them permissiion to get the money out on payday,   I soon went online realized this was a scam and closed my acc.   still gettin calls from these scammers never give them anything.n  If anything maybe string em along get their hopes up like ur gunna pay then laugh at em.
