A mesage was left that it was an attempt to collect a debt

I receive regularly calls from this number.
They are looking for someone I never heard about and I don't know why :
1) they don't hear the damn answering machine
2) no menu'/selection to inform them that the number is wrong

The only thing I can allowed to do is call the number, accepting implicitly that I am the person they are looking for. That's insane and stupid.
They are really really stupid and annoying.

I received calls and voice message from this stupid number every day. I checked my phone company's FAQ, here is the answer:

Q: Can I block an incoming number?

I HAVE RECEIVED A PHONE MESSAGE 5 TIMES IN THE PAST WEEK FROM THIS NUMBER.

IF THEY DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING MORE INFORM THAN THEY DO,I WOULDN'T ANSWER IT!!!!!

These people call from a good amount of numbers, one being 314-729-1133, another is 866-921-4211. They have been calling, and we actually called them back to find out what they wanted. They said that we owed money an account that has been closed over 3 years. We asked for Validation to be sent last month... Paul said that it was sent sometime shortly after 3/19, asked for it to be resent, he started fighting with me on the phone, and said that it has been validated now, even if we didn't recieve the information. Then, asked if they could just fax it, he said that he has no clue if it would even be sent out if he faxed it. Oh, BTW, the Collection Agent's name was Paul. When I asked for his manager, he said that he was the Head of the Division. I told him that didn't matter, I want his manager, he refused. Honestly, this is really starting to sound like a scam artist at this point.

The same lady calls and says her name is Saundra or something like that wanting to speak with my boyfriend. I ask what company they are and she is rude and says he is a grown man and why am i screening his calls. I just realized they are calling and also blocking the number so i made it to where they can't get through that way anymore. They are probally debt collectors. All i know is they are very rude

i am called and immediately put on hold. i called the number and it says it is not a valid number.

I as well have received calls from this phone, I think they called the company CACI?, They call in and waste my cell phone minutes, Then they do not give you way to allow advise them that they are calling the wrong phone number unless you listen to eht call. And listen to them complete disclose on the person they are looking for......the the rude women told me not to listen to the mesaage and that I should have hung up. Then she hung up on me!~

Received call from an Andy Thomas of this number.

received numerous calls, first from an automated voice recording, then more recently an actual person.  i have been paying off my credit card through usbank on time so there should be no reason they are calling me.  they are very annoying.

I've recieved numerous phone calls and voicemail from 866-912-2001 telling me it's "important" to call Patricia Wright back. She never left me a detailed msg to what her call is regarding. Far as I know, it may be a telemarketer or a solicitating call. She has called my work# and cell# back to back, and leaving just the same msg to call her back. She called my work today AGAIN soon after she called my cell, and I didn't answer AGAIN. She bounced back from my desk to the receptionist, and ask to speak to my supervisor!?! I don't care if she does speak to my supervisor, my supervisor will only tell me to call her back. Who is she? What does she want? She can threaten to call supervisor all she wants...

We have gotten 2 messages from this number in 2 days because they are looking to collect a debt from someone I don't know. I called back today and asked them to take my number out of their database since I don't know Amber whoever. The guy, Andy, asked for my name and I told him he doesn't need my name to take my number out of their database. He responded that he does in fact need my name and hung up on me.

either patricia wright or andy thomas who leaves messages...are they the only two who work there??  these people are so obnoxious.   they only leave messages if you ignore the call and send it to voicemail.

This number is for a collection agency for Washington University School of Medicine and BJC called CACI.  They are very rude and call constantly from two numbers 1-866-912-2001 and 314-729-1133.  I called BJC/Wash U to confirm this and they really do use this agency to collect debts if you don't pay your bills RIGHT AWAY.  Ie, in my case, I moved and didn't get a bill right away so the calls started.  And you can't pay BJC/Wash U directly once they submit to CACI...so you are stuck dealing with CACI.  After I paid a bill to them, they put me on hold and started asking all kinds of questions about where I work etc, I told them I refuse to answer those questions and hung up.  FYI Once you pay, you are not obligated to give anymore info than needed.

I get calls from this no. about two to three times a week. I have no debts and I have no past history with this university. It sounds like a scam to get personal information for who knows what purpose.

It is a scam outfit. I used to work there until the manager got me pregnant. They party most of the time and use drugs constantly. They think it is funny to call people and bother them all the time. The managers wife dosen't know about me--but he is paying my bills and my apartment in St. Louis. Don't ever pay them any money--just ignore them and they will stop calling.

every time they call(4-5 times a week),they say it's important to call them back regarding bussines matter or just call back this number......but it's very hard to understand what are they saying.They never sad what is name of the company.numbers are:866/921-4211;866/912-2001 and many others

This is indeed a medical collection agency--based out of St, Louis, MO.
It seems to be run by children because they evidently do not have a good grasp of the English language. If you ask them a question or vary off of their script---they hang up on you. It's so hard to carry on a conversation with morons !!!! They can call me until their little machine breaks for all I care--they will never get another chance to speak to me.
Sue me if it's that important.

i keep getting called from all the numbers listed above.  I even try calling them back and they say i owe a bill from 3+ years ago!  when i try to talk to them i get released.  i have worked in companies where we would work with collectors... this cant be legit nobody truly runs a business like this and expects to be paid.
