CM's "mo" is to only change the first name of the person they are calling for, so when they call back from a different number we're to guess they must think we won't catch on.  CM appears to know HOW to get around calling over & over again from ALL their various/changed numbers..



Doesn't this appear illegal---somehow ??

This is what CM does:   they only change the first name of the person they are calling for, so when they call back from a different number we won't catch on.

CM appears to know EXACTLY HOW to maneuver around calling all of us ---repeatedly over long periods of time---by merely using various/changed tele. numbers..

Hopefully an attorney gets involved in this-----doesn't it appear illegal ??

Called regarding a collection matter.  This appears to cycle every two months.  Asked me to call back regarding a case no.

They call me repeatedly.  I have spoken to 4 different people including a supervisor and have told them I am not the person they are looking for.  They tell me they will take my number out of their system, but about two days later it starts again.

This number calls me about 3 times a day.  I've only answered it once and it is an automated message saying that this is a call for Irene Kelly.  I just hung up becasue that is not me.  I've only had this number for a month.

This number has called my cell phone repeatedly (even on Saturdays and Sundays) asking for a James Andrews. I told the guy several times that I have no idea who that was.  The guy “Richie” kept asking the same question over and over (and talking over me when I was talking). When I got mad he started saying that “civility is a good thing and that I didn’t answer the question in a very belittling tone…what an [***]. This has got to be a collection agency or something.

That is basically what they guy told me. He didnt' give a crap that it woke my sick child up after it took over 2 hours to calm her down...and it was on a Sunday afternoon!!!

Called me 5 times on a Sunday- on Thanksgiving weekend- really spoiled family time until I turned off my ringer- they leave no messages and when I did answer I got a dead line. This is harrassment!!

I dunno who this is but they keep calling me. I have never picked up the phone yet I keep missing it but I am sick of it!

This just started with me when I got a Google voice number. Evidently the person who had the number before owed someone. I just set a ringtone on my phone so I know who it is and don't answer. They will get tired of calling sooner or later. I don't have a land line so the calls come through my Cell.

I now have CallerID on my new VOIP phone, and return every call telling them they are being reported for violating the DO NOT CALL LIST.

My 13 yr old daughter keeps getting calls, once to twice a day from this number. She answers and nobody answers back.

I'm a [***] moron because I don't know the difference between a collection agency and a telemarketing. I am sorry. I just need to pay my bills and quit bitching about things I don't know anything about.

I got a call this morning at 6am from this number. Said I owed money for a service I never use nor have ever bought; Dish network. I denied the charges yet thereafter couldn't go back to sleep since it put me under the assumption that perhaps my identity had been stolen... looks like I'll be getting a credit report later on today.

STOP this mess NOW.  Been calling for a month or more.  Tired of it.  Ask for someone that doesn't live here.  A recording.  STOP!!!!!!
