Keep getting several phone calls a day from this number 866-913-9323. Show up on caller id as toll free call.  They never leave a message!  When you answer the call it is dead air or they hang up in your ear!  This is called telephone harrasment!  Every time they call I file a complaint on the do not call web site.  But still keep getting call from then!

Looking for someone who doesn't live in this household.  They don't understand no one lives here by that name.  This is called telephone harrasment!

I get 10-15 calls a day from this number and that is no exaggeration.  I don't do any business with Wells Fargo so I don't know why they'd be calling me.  They call as early as 8 AM and as late as 9:30 PM.  I also get constant calls from 5 or 6 other numbers affiliated with Wells Fargo.  It can't be sales calls; NOBODY is that pushy.  The calls are so frequent that now I just keep my ringer off so I'm not bothered.  Isn't that pathetic.  They NEVER leave messages.  I wish they would all drop dead.

I do business with them (car loan).  Car was totaled out, insurance company making payment.  I told them this.  Continued to receive calls asking where my monthly payment is.  Told them again car was totaled out, insurance co. making payment.  Got another call a few days later asking where my payment was.  Asked them if they didn't have my message in the system.  Customer service rep said there was some message, but the screen wasn't big enough to put it all in there and that the computer just makes the calls automatically.  Got a few more calls today.  The first at abot 8:00 am, the last at 4:00 pm.  I called back at about 4:01 and got "customer service hours are 8-4.  In short, it sounds like they just call, don't really look at the messages and will have the computer bug you even if they don't have someone there.

They keep calling my cell phone looking for the person who had the number before me. Despite the fact that I have told them it's the wrong number they keep calling! If this keeps up Im going to file a complaint.

They call everyday 2 to 5 times.  I have no business with them, they don't leave messages, and I don't even know who they are trying to contact.  I agree, this IS harassment!

I have a car loan with them and will never do business with them again.  This month I mailed my payment a day before the due date and will never do that again.  I have received a number of calls from them today asking where my payment is and each time I've told them that I mailed it four days ago, it is only 3 days past due and I have never been late before. YOU'LL get your money calm down!

I get calls from this number anywhere from 3-10 times a day, on Sundays, on holidays, it doesn't matter what day it is.  

I'm a little surprised to hear of so many people getting harrassed by this number, becuase it turns out I AM co-signed on a car loan with Wells Fargo (trust me, NEVER co-sign for someone, especially when they have consistently proven themselves to be unreliable in the past).

The calls never stops EVER EVER they call all the time even when you pay 2 months in advance it's CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even if you pay within your grace period. It terrible. WF is horrible! do not ever use them no matter what. I wonder if there is anything anyone can do cause we are restoring to turning our ringer off now and/or possibly even canceling our ph. number. it's way out of hand.

making a report today to the Better Business Bureau for harassment... ha just found out they just program numbers in, the calls are just automatically dialed every day all day.... that's why you hear nothing sometimes when you pick up so it will never stop.

I just picked up a new cell phone, and that same day I started getting phone calls from this number.  I finally called them on sunday, july 29th
(2007)  and explained to them that the person they (Wells Fargo) were calling no longer had this number.  I was told they would remove the number from their files.  Well calls on tuesday (july 31) and wednesday
(august 1).  I found this website and the list of complaints and boy was I shocked that lots of other people had the same problem.  Called Wells Fargo again today 08/01/07 and reassured number was rempoved from their files.  Lets see if any more calls come.

I too have been plagued with numerous calls day, night, 7 days a week from various TOLL FREE humbers listed to WELLS FARGO.  I have never done business with WELLS FARGO.  After two failed attempts to have my number removed, I contacted a supervisor, Michelle Hogan at WELLS FARGO.  She assured me my number would be removed.  According to her, no representative was calling, it was an auto dialer.  Number to contact her is 866-913-9323 ext. 72947.  Perhaps if everyone called her direct, WELLS FARGO may get the message they could have a potential law suit for harassment if they have not already!

I have a car loan with them and will never do business with them again.     I receive number of calls from them every day asking where is payment. I'll  been running late before due to a high utility bill and Doctor bills due to cancer. They know that I been battling with cancer for the past year and half. I pay them but it not on the due date. and I am tied of them telling me that is not exceptable. I did'nt ask to to get cancer it just happen. I am just one of those unfortuate people to get it. YOU'LL get your money calm down!

How many times does my minor child have to tell these people the number they have reached is his cell phone, not the person(s) they are looking for.  I have called them several times and asked them to remove this number from their system.  This is a child's phone, and they are costing him money on cell everytime they call.  I am one fedupmommy here.

THey keep calling and never say anything! It's really anoying , i have no business with them or Wells Fargo. Stoooooooooop!!!!!

My cell phone, but NOT my account with Wells Fargo.  My hubby has an auto loan through them.  They have been told repeatedly that they cannot reach him via this number, and as of late I have stopped answering because I am not paying for them to call me when I have nothing to do with the bill.  I cannot help them; all I can do is pass on the message, I cannot handcuff him to a telephone until he calls them back.  I'm sick of wasting my cell minutes on these idiots.  Not to mention that my hubby did add me to the account as an authorized person but they STILL won't give me the information I need to get the bill paid, they insist they are not allowed to talk to me without his authorization (um, you HAVE his authorization, you idiots).  I'm going to tell them that if they call my number again it will be reported as harassment, because the cell line is being kept open ONLY for my elderly, terminal mother (it is true) to be able to reach me whenever she needs to reach me.  They'll apologize and say that the number is going to be removed; but I guarantee I'll get more calls the next day, that is how they operate.
