Got a call from this number on my Phone, I have an Android Smartphone with CallBlock App, so it got hung up on before I could answer, Just wondering who it may have been, when I called back, it had a fake recording saying this phone number does not receive incoming calls, so it's probably a scam!

2 Calls Frist one was on 11/3/10 was a bad connation all I could hear was my name. second call was today 11/4/10 but when I answered they hang up.
When you call back you get a recording that it dose not recive incoming call they will call again at a later date and they called on my cell, how did they get my number and they had my name.

Got called twice, both of them "missed" calls. Looks like the "Do Not Call" list of the FCC doesn't mean anything to these people. BTW: I do register my cell phones, too. Here is reason why.

So has anyone figured out who these jokers are?

I am sick of you calling and hanging up once I have said hello for the second time. Keep calling and I will report you to the FCC and my lawyers.

Wow this is crazy all these reports on this number yet nothing is done about it? I get 4-7 calls a day from this number and every single time they hangup when I answer? It's a 877 number how are they getting away with this harassment? I am really determined now to find out who they are. When I find out I will report it back to everyone.

EXACTLY!!!!  WHO EVER THE PERSON OR COMPANY IS NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES IMMEDIATELY, STOP CALLING MY HOUSE PERIOD. IF YOU KNOW ME AND ARE TRYING TO REACH ME, SEND ME A LETTER THROUGH SNAIL MAIL ONLY. I HAVE BEEN TO THE FCC ON OTHER COMPANIES AND I WILL DO IT AGAIN. THIS TIME I WILL INCLUDE THE LAW AND MY LAWYER.

Got a call from this number 866-917-5244. No message. When I called back, said it does not accept in-coming calls. I added them to my block list.

When you call back...they don't accept calls!  What a joke!  Wish they would stop calling!

They keep calling but hang up before I can answer...now that I know it is probably a scam will add to my blocked numbers...National Do Not Call appears to be a waste of time.

They call constantly, never say a word & wake me up at all hours. I guess the 'do not call' registry is a joke & a waste of time. I hate having a phone anymore when I can't even look forward to calls from those I want & have to endure such harassment from those who prey on disabled people!!!

THis number calls all hours of the day and night, when we answer, no one replys..... I have no idea why they are calling, you cant call back... very frustrating, especially when you are woken up.

So I've searched the net for awhile and it would seem these people never answer. It's an auto-dialer of sorts where you can't return the call because they don't accept incoming calls. So it's either a bill collector or a sales call.

Got one of those calls today of them hanging up & when I called back it was a one way number & couldn't get thru. Got to be a scammer/bill collector of cancelled debts trying to get $$$ or the government spying/listening in your talk time  or a curse sent your way. Or all the above. Praying their stopped & exposed & all of you kept safe.

called..i checked..online and its a repeated unwanted call...i had mark it blocked..but carrier doesn't offer this option,
 as i disabled person with limited amount min (250)on this phone...  we need stop this type abuse.. there terrorizing folks ..now this job  our government should be-able track and stop.after all this me second time i will soon have to change my number from this type unwanted calls.this is emergency phone  .. once i already run out min due theses calls...
it seems congress don't care....we are going to need a executive order stop this abuse..
THE next president could run on this campaign and get a ton votes. as this is like a mini cyber war on phones. Seriously its not Right.
