- ashley| 9 repliescalled them to cancel an order i did not place and now they "can't find me in their system" even tho they found me well enough to charge me
- Tami replies to ashley| 5 repliesI received a call from my credit card company today in regard to a fraudulent charge made yesterday. A company called Max White Teeth tried to charge $78 to my credit card. The fraud department gave me 866-922-5522 as the phone number. I looked the number up on Google and found out that it was for a window tinting company in Ontario Canada. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but I purchased a trial sized teeth whitening product on-line from some company, the number on the receipt does not show up in Google but the number listed on my credit card bill belongs to Wachovia Securities. It’s obviously a big scam so don’t purchase the trial sized teeth whitening stuff that’s advertised as a mom from Naperville whitened her teeth for $10 by using two different trial sized products. I definitely learned my lesson. Now I have to wait for a new credit card.
- Courtney replies to Tami| 2 repliesThe same thing happened to me a couple of days. What happened were you not able to get your money back? I was charged FOUR times!!!!
- chip replies to Courtney| 1 replySame thing happened to me when I tried the trial size. My Bank is researching but refunded my money including the international charge of 2.37. They had to de-authorize my check card and are sending me a new one. Call you bank... you are not liable.
- Wendy replies to chipSame thing for me. They said I owed them. I hope my bank can help me get my money back.
- BenThey got me too. I just found the charge on my card today! HELP!!!

- Chris| 2 repliesI also did the trial version for them...i saw a $78 charge for them and read all about it being a scam so i called them yesterday and confronted them about it and they said they will refund me and i told them to close all my info they have on me. As soon as you get your money back from them close your card and get a new one..they still have your card # so you would still be stuck with them...They are in East India and since they are a foreign company they are not resposible for our U.S. tendancy laws...SO DO NOT GET THEIR PRODUCT.
- Allie| 7 repliesI fell for this scam too. I saw the ad on the CNN website so I thought it was legit. I signed up at whiteningnow.com and to make it short, I did not receive anything THREE times. Each time I did not receive my items, I called and the guy told me that he'd send out a new item and he would extend my trial period another 2 weeks. Two weeks before my trial would be up, I found that they charged me $78.93. I gave them a call (866-964-1011) and spoke to a guy named RICHARD FERNANDO (Indian). Basically, he was trying to send me ANOTHER item. When I told him I didn't want it, he tried to hustle me - offering me a discount for the 2nd month of $20 and a refund of $40. No thanks. This guy started pissing me off so I started yelling at him "cancel my account NOWWW!" He kept beating around the bush, so I kept yelling. When he told me "I work in customer service so my job is to make my customers happy," I yelled even louder. FINALLY, after 15 minutes of naming calling and belittling on his behalf, he finally told me that he would cancel my account. After, I typed up a very descriptive email asking for a FULL refund, sent it, and got a reply from NICK ENRIQUE. Basically, he was saying that only a partial refund of $60 would be given. No thanks again! 15 angry emails later of telling them to read their refund policy, NICK finally responds with "This email is to confirm that a refund of $78.93 has been issued to you today." FINALLY! But that's not the end of it. I just checked my bank account right now and they have charged me a "FOREIGN PURCHASE FEE" of $1.57. What is it with these people! When will it stop? I sent out another emailing to them, demanding that they refund me $80.50 (vs the $78.93 originally). Now I need to speak to my bank about closing my account but what to do if I'm waiting on a refund.
- Caller: Whitening Now
- AllieI forgot to mention that the "FOREIGN PURCHASE FEE" was from the 866-922-5522 number.
Also... I'm not trying to promote these teeth whitening things but this one actually DID work for me. It's called Easy White (store.easywhitelabs.com / 866-660-5724). I paid $6.99 for s&h (the transaction was: EASYWHITE1 6899 WINCHESTER 866-2181387 CO), my order came in quick and all you have to do is cancel within 10 days. Within the 10 day trial period, I went online, saw a button that said "Need to cancel?", clicked it, put in my email address, and that was it. My trial was cancelled. They even sent me a confirmation email with a confirmation number to prove that I cancelled the trial.- Caller: Easy White
- Chuck Turner| 2 repliesThis is a big big scam, you order a free sample (just pay shipping) and before the free sample even arrives the motherf&^%$*&rs charge your credit card like 80 bucks and they keep doing this every month. There was nothing about these charges on the order form for the free trial.
These teeth whitening offers are scams, see these websites which have done stories about these scams:

- Christy replies to AllieYeah! I'm totally with you guys on the teeth whitening scam. I signed up for the free tiral as well and then went on vacation for 2 weeks, came back and my bank account had been charged about $80.00. I called them up and some woman with an indian descent accent told me that I authorized them to charge my account when I signed up for the "free trial" and that I waited too long to canced my member ship. I was pissed. Now I have to take care of it throught my bank cause they have my card number now. These people are nuts!! I'm prepared for legal action. Don't get sucked in to this obvious money scam.

- Tammy replies to nanoThe same thing happened to me. I called the number and they gave me the same run around that I have been reading above. The website he tried to give me was whiteningnowkit.com - of course it didn't work. He told me he could not refund but he would credit me $40 and then give me $60 credit for something I never signed up for. I never received an email confirmation from this company. I am planning on contacting BBB and any one else I can.
- JoeI never received the trial product but was billed for $4.99 and then $78.93. I called my cred card company. I explained this was a scam run out of India. They said they would remove these charges from my account ant not pay the Indian [***]. The only draw back is you have to get another card. If you don't you will keep getting billed each month. This is the last tim I ever try any of these "Free Trial" deals again.
- sharol replies to ashley| 1 replyi canceled my order after my 14 day RISK FREE trial - i was charged 78.93 and they will not refund any of it.
- mmalone2@rochester.rr.com replies to Allie| 1 replyWhat email did you us to contact these scammers? I was charged 78.93 as well
