They will give you a case number or file number but will not tell you any thing further.  After wasting a lot of time I learned this is a call from a debt collector. The comany name is ARS National Services, Inc., PO Box 463023, Escondido, CA 92046-3023.  The phone number is
866-922-9545 and the fax number is 866-422-0765. This is California but their correspondence says New York City License:1020790. I hope this information helps so you won't waste as much time on it as I did.

I listened anyway there was laughter and talking in the background. She tells you to call 866-922-9545. She gives a case number or file number. this is a call from a debt collector. The comany name is ARS National Services, Inc.

She tells you to call 866-922-9545. She gives a file number, she repeats herself and sounds as if she is reading a script.
