I have recveived 2 phone calls at my work from 866-923-5191, and a lady (sounds foreign) wil ask if there is a ******** ***** there and I reply this is her business and to stop calling, they then ask if there is another alternative # she/he may be reached at. I explain I am not able to give out any info on my co-workers. I took there # down and they stated they were from Full Circle Financial, I have no idea who these people are and they are not legit. I have had many other phones calls from agencies wanting to verify the last 4 digits of my ssn and that I owe so much money and if I didnt pay they would send me a summons the nexty day, I tell them to go ahead and send me a summons and the next day comes and nothing..I have not had any calls like this for the past year and all of a sudden the call are starting back up again..Someone has got to do something about this...They need to actually call people that owe them money and not just any random person. I get calls 2-3 times a day from investers. I do not even make 20,000 a year so why do I get investment calls???

Got a call yesterday on my pay-as-you-use-it cell phone.  Luckily, I was outside and didn't hear it or pick up; I don't keep my cell 'on' me at home with my landlind.  Found the 'missed call'  today, when I went to use the phone.

As for being calls from Debt Collectors, I DO NOT have any outstanding debts, and even if I did, I NEVER give out my cell number to ANYONE other than family and close friends; most especially not creditors!  So, any 'debt' associated with my number is OVER 10 years old when another person had that number; I've gotten calls about her in the past.  Anything that old is "dead" as far as the laws in our state go, so this HAS to be a SCAM; and they are probably just ROBODIALING sequential numbers to see who 'bites'.

Another call on same PRIVATE, unpublished cell.  Also outside again; didn't hear it.  Don't have voicemail set up so they can't waste my minutes that way.  Even though its been 3 months since their last call, that's still TWO CALLS TOO MANY from a SCAMMER attempting to PHISH.  GOVERNMENT needs to INTERVENE.
