caller left a message using four different names for me including one from my first marriage almost 20 years ago.  Said that a civil complaint was about to be filed against me if I didn't call this number within 24 hours.  Gave a case number and said good luck.. I have no past due accounts.

I got a similar call and the caller spoke about my property address. Do we know any details of these calls?

Got the same call, but they contacted my employer. I have contacted the State Atty Generals Office and they have the number on file now. It is a scam. Do not call them back, do not contact them at all. Contact your State Atty General immediately. Did any of you recently apply for a CitiBank card? I hear it is connected to that.

Most definitely a scam artist. Same message left for me. Scary they know where I live. No legitimate company would warn you they are serving you with papers the next day. They would never serve anyone as people would dodge them just like in the movie The Matrix. Do not fall for this scam. This is the time of year the scammers come out of the woodwork.

i got this exact same call several times on my cell phone the past few weeks . this same caller leaves a very legal sounding message .I am  retired disabled guy,   im sure its a scam artist  and wish something would get done about these idiots
