- Skippy McGeeI recieved a robo-message from this line regarding my Citi Bank issued AT&T Universal Rewards World Master Card providing only the name on the account and not the account number. The general message was a courtesy call reminding me that my replacement credit card (which I recevied weeks ago via USPS) has not been activated yet. The message advised that I could call customer service at 866-928-0360 to discuss card activation or if I had not yet received my replacement card. To me, this was a legitimate message as I currently do have a Citi Bank issued AT&T Universals Rewards World Master Card which has not been activated yet.
- Caller: Citi Bank / AT&T Universal
