- jeff| 1 replykaiser, legitimate
- Caller: kaiser
- AlexUnwanted robocall to a number on the "do not call" list. The message is quite deceitful and Kaiser, if it is really them, should ashamed of itself for these practices.
- Caller: Kaiser
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Barbara| 2 repliesIt is a real call from Kaiser to new senior advantage members. It is a bit annoying but I certainly wouldn't call it deceitful. They're just blowing their own horn & welcoming us. Not selling or asking for anything.
- Caller: Kaiser Permanente
- Call type: Non-profit organization
- Sam| 1 replyI've been with Kaiser over a year yet they keep calling. I never answer.

- Call type: Unwanted
- K P| 2 repliesSome folks on here say it’s KAISER, probably, but, NOT quite. Sounds more like a telemarketer that makes calls for them OR has found a way to scam us both. Here’s why, IF you answer, they usually DO NOT RESPOND PROMPTLY, even if you repeatedly & patiently say hello several times. FURTHER, just about the time you’re ready to hang up someone picks up the line & but still may NOT respond right away, almost like they’re STALLING FOR TIME. If you have the patience to stay online & ask them to identify themselves be prepared for more STALLING. However, you get a recorded message or be transferred to someone representing Kaiser — be prepared to give your PERSONAL INFORMATION IN FULL, NOT GOOD. Finally, a word to the weary, if you investigate be prepared for DOCTOR’s office personnel to DENY that they have any record of that call, even if you get a name. Frankly, these types of call do little more than annoy most people. In the end, it may all come down to working the numbers & by way of receiving subsidized government funding. Who knows? It’s doubtful you’ll get a consistently straight answer for your time & patience. IMHO it’s big waste of time. THERE’s NO EXCUSE FOR ANY HEALTHCARE PROVIDER TO NOT PROVIDE A PROPER PHONE ID, UP FRONT. What are they hiding? Why all the stalling? Why no record keeping?
- Caller: Not sure. Maybe Kaiser.
- richleft an email after logging in: I was called by 866-930-3285. Does this belong to Kaiser?

- Susiie CaseyIt sounds like a robocall and scammer. I will not answer or call back. If Kaiser wants to contact me they can do
it with a live person or did they eliminate those positions?- Caller: ??Kaiser????????
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Craig replies to jeffIt is a Kaiser call. Yes, it is a robo call advocating subscriber retention during open enrollment for Medicare. I hung up after a few minutes and a call back. Pretty useless method of patient retention via a recorded outreach message IMHO.
- San Jose Kat| 2 repliesNumber left a voicemail saying it was from Kaiser and asking me to call back for important health information. Not going to call back, but they have called twice and left VM each time.
- Caller: Kaiser
- Call type: Valid
- Senior CitizenThis is a robocall and I doubt it is really from Kaiser. If it is they are pretty stupid. I have been a Kaiser member since 1967 and was employed by Kaiser as a Physician for 30 years. I have been retired since 1997. They know quite well that I will not be changing medical care coverage so they should not be wasting time calling me.
- Caller: "Toll Free Caller"
- Call type: Unwanted
- aHaH replies to Robert Ragsdale IIIHow do they know it's your dinner time?, some people eat at 4pm, some at 8pm and anywhere in between. Next time, pick up the phone and ask them.
- Robert Ragsdale IIIIt is Kaiser. Every year when the open enrollment comes around, I just let it roll over back into Kaiser Senior Advantage. I always get a call welcoming me to Kaiser, even though I have been with Kaiser since 1987.
- Caller: Kaiser Permanente
- Call type: Valid
- StephIt’s Kaiser calling because of something they want you to know about your health plan. In this case my mom just joined Senior Health Advantage. Some of you are wayyyyy too paranoid. It’s even the same “robo voice” you get when you get call reminders about prescriptions and appointments. It’s the same voice when you get put on hold when YOU call Kaiser yourself.
- Caller: Kaiser
- Call type: Valid
- PurpleDidn’t answer, left message to call back, which I did. It’s really Kaiser just telling about their services, nothing I didn’t already know.
- Caller: Kaiser
- Call type: Non-profit organization
