I got this call and i didn't answer since i never answer calls from unknown number.  when i called from another phone, it said it did not recognize the phone i'm calling from and prompted me to enter the phone no. where is received the call.  i did not, since any legitimate call will will give you information as to the identity of the company when you call them back, regardless of your phone number. It shows that they are hiding something and can not be trusted.

I got a call yesterday and today from this number and they left a voicemail saying they were from Healthnet and they needed some more info for me to complete my registration. When I called back it asked for me to make a payment, but I already had using the phone number on the Healthnet website. Not sure if this phone number phishing for CC numbers or bank account info, but I'd be careful. Tried calling to Healthnet customer service number off their website but seems like it's hard to get through to them with deadlines looming to register

This number called me asking to make a payment on health net account that I had cancelled in December. I asked how much and the have me a total different amount that it should have been. I hung up and call healthnet to double check. Stupid scammers! Didn't get my credit card info!!

I got a call from +86 69315978 and my phone identified it as coming from China. it left a message saying it needed info regarding health insurance or something. I'm not calling back. I, too, think it was a scam.

They left a message saying they were health net and needed to verify information.  Will be calling the number on the website.

Also received a call and message two days in a row stating they were healthnet and I needed to contact them urgently, did not say about what. This number is not listed on healthnets website

It really is Health Net. It is an automated system. We signed up for new insurance with them recently.

Also signed up on Healthnet and received a call yesterday and today. The first call showed origin Shandong, China. Today no ID. Not sure it is legit or not but suspicious.

I also got this call but I am NOT enrolled in Healthnet, I don't even know that company. Our health insurance is from Blue Cross Blue Shield, and plus, I am under 18 to be enrolled by myself (currently under my dad's plan). This is totally a scam

One of my clients sent me the voice mail they rec'd.  I call the number and it sounds legitimate to me.  The voice recording simply asks you to pay the bill at

There may be legal reasons they don't leave a message you don't owe money...  HIPAA privacy, Fair Credit, Debt Collections

We get a call from this number saying congratulations for being accepted into health net, now pay us before its too late, but why doesn't Health Net come up in the Phone ID?? Very suspicious to me. Then I call Health net and they say we're not in their system. "YET".... Whats the deal?

Daughter received three calls from this number during the last week of Jan. 2015, from a female who refused to identify herself, other than she was calling from HealthNet. Gal stated a payment needed to be made. Believing this maybe a scam, daughter asked other questions from the caller, who could not answer the questions, then hung up on my daughter. Although daughter has HealthNet insurance, all fees were up to date and current. Most all business transactions related to HealthNet/Covered California have been either from a computer or via U.S. Mail........not phone calls.  I believe this was a scam by someone attempting to get a credit card number. HealthNet will send you a bill via the U.S. Mail, and you can pay by mail or on line, NEVER over the phone.....
