call several times a day...do not leave message   if they cant id themselves then i will not accept call

Same as other complaints -- several calls a day, no message, no i.d., and NO ANSWER FROM ME! It's ridicuous that we have to put up with such abuse.

Reported number keeps calling. No caller ID shows, no message is left, and no phone is answered. Very anoying! Private numbers should remain private without being harrassed by telemarketers, or other businesses, for whatever reason! Everyone needs to keep complaining about this idiots! File complaints everywhere!

Sallie Mae. They are supposedly looking for Esmeralda G. Diaz.  They have a website www.salliemae.com. and it looks like is a big company. They have been calling me since last Dec. claiming I have an outstanding student loan. They don't only have my phone# they also have my address.  Now I am getting letters from them.  I don't know who they are and how they come up with my information.  They have a lot of phone#'s. What else can we do besides compleining here. I am really sick of them.

As far as this being Sallie Mae, they are a Mortgage/Home Loan company, basically, and I have rented for well over 15 years now. The calls are complete BS and should be reported to www.donotcall.gov. This is abuse and if you should answer, tell them not to call, and STILL receive calls, you are entitled to a trial in YOUR defense for harassment. I am not a lawyer & don't claim to be one, but, this just really aggravates me too & needs to be stopped.

This number is just a collection agency called ARS COLLECT, they specialize in medical collections? That's what I gather from their website. I called this number and it lead me to a womans voice box who said she was from ARS company, googled it, makes sense.

I picked up the phone at the 3rd-4th ring and got a ringing phone. I hung up.

I received a call from this number at 2030 hrs on 10-01-09.  God only knows why.

Get several call a day and will not leave a message. I, like most, will not pick up on an unknown number that refuses to leave a message.

They keep calling and leaving a message which says "if you are not (then name of some lady) don't listen to this message."  Said collection agency.  Of course, you are going to listen.  Think this is probably an illegal way to do debt collection.

Called the number back and told them to stop.  Not right number.  They still keep  doing it

keeping calling me 3 times no leave message,with ID caller 866-932-6830,  then leave message once or 2 times: which says "if you are not (this guy's name) then hung up", Said collection agency to collect of debt.
And give me the phone # 866-932-6780 to ask me to call back with File # ...also

I found out that 866-932-6832 is a collection co . Accounts Recovery Services. (ARS)   They call and do not leave a message, hang up when answered.
