Disconnected call when we picked up at 1:30am EST.

It's comcast survey of their service.

Comcast is calling to ask you if you were satisfied with the customer sevice.

...at 4am in the morning, i didnt pick up and you ruined my sleep.

When I called to report the Comcast cable was out early this evening I pressed option at the beginning to accept a survey later. Didn't expect the nimrods would call at 11:37PM.
Needless to say gave them a bad survey the questions and laid into them on the voice message I left.

It's comcast! It will be wonderful when we have cable or fiber optics competition in our state. The stories I could tell you!

coincidentally, had called comcast earlier today to report a huge billing mistake AND WAS ASKED BEFORE REACHING ACCOUNTING TO PARTAKE IN CUSTOMER SURVEY BUT I DECLINED TO PARTICIPATE...

Called Comcast. Message said press 1 if you want to participate in a survey or 2 if you don't.  I pressed I don't and they are calling anyway.  So, when they call back, I will let them know, hey, why bother to ask if you are going to call me anyway.  I didn't want to play the survey game.

i pressed 1 and nothing happens!!!

I am getting the call from the same number and does'not leave a voice msg.

Called my cell phone....found out here that it's for a survey from ComCast....only thing is --- I don't have ComCast.....am with another
cable company :-(

I mistakenly accepted partaking in the survey.  WHOOPS!

I got a call from a alarm company. She kept asking for someone I didn't know. I had signed up to be alerted when my cable came back on (there was an outage). So I am guessing Comcast uses the same call center as some random alarm company.

I was expecting a call from Comcast. Weird.

Comcast asking you to participate in a survey regarding a recent call to customer support.  Thanks guys, you woke everybody up.  I'm pretty sure I selected the 2nd option to not give feedback when I called due to internet related issues.  Oh well.
