A person claiming I had won a $25,000 prize called at 8:00 pm EDT on 04/24/2013.  The individual was congratulating me and gave me an other number to call on.  This 866 # is the 'call back' number.  He had called originally using this number (312) 962-0230.  These numbers are part of a scam.  They are being reported.  Please do not fall victim to these phone texts or scams.  Make sure you report that they are scams online to help others.  Thanks!  CROUX

Got a call on 4/25. Tried returning the number back and someone picked up but put me on hold right away. I'd waited a few minutes then hung up and tried again. However, this time, no one actually picked up...it went straight to hold music. This sounds like a scam.

I had the same call today around 6:11 p.m. He said his name was Glenn Sparks, said to call: 866-933-6017 from National Premium Services. Call asap to claim winnings.  Called the number, of course, no answer.  What's with this?  This is the second time this year I have received the same type of call.

I had the same call last night around 10:46 PM!!!!. He said his name was Glenn Sparks and his number (708) 441-3679 is not in service when I checked it out - he said he was from Offical Notification group and to call : 866-933-6017 because the Contest was now over and I should claim the $25,000 with an entry I filled out to win. I never filled anything out to win!  Not going to call the 866 number.

I got the same call last night on my message recorder. If they're not answering when called back, what's the purpose of the scam?

If the call was on the up and up it would have not come over as private caller.

My mother in law (they are 90 years old)  received the same call 4/29/13.  After trying them for about an hour she finally got to talk to someone.  Glen Sparks told her the contest was over and she would be re entered and another drawing would be done in September.  She asked when she had entered and he said that it was about a year ago that she entered (she don't remember entering)  They then asked if her husband's name was Frank ~~~  and she said yes. and asked of she was close to Gathersburg, Md .  She said he spoke so fast she barely had time to answer.   She called me and told me and I told her that is was a scam and not to call them again  and If you did not enter a contest do not call them back or give them any information just to hang up.  there is so many scams with older people now a days you can't trust anyone. What a shame.

Just got this call Glenn Sparks saying we had won the $25k from a contest we supposedly entered several months ago.  Erased the message promptly after reviewing the number here.

Glen Sparks called 4.29.23, called listed as private caller. He left a message that we had entered a contest one year ago and he was looking at our entry form.  He was glad to congratulate us on  winning 25,000. We should call him at 1.866.933.6017 "The official notification group". We did not call.

Received a call that our name was selected from an entry form in a contest from a Glen Sparks (that sounded like a salesman) from 'The official notification group' .  This is an automated call, and we have received this message about three times.  We were told to call 18669336017 to receive our prize.  I have one philosophy:  If it is too good to be true.... then follow my instincts! I don't have time for this crap.  I blocked the number each time, and it was redirected through another number. Does anyone know who this company is?  What are they selling? The information they collect from us about us - possibly?

I received the same voicemail message this morning, telling me to call the same number.  If you legitimately win a prize, they would know your name and when you entered, not tell you something vague like you entered about a year ago and we have your name and number.  A legitimate prize notification would come via certified mail.  My caller ID said the call came from Bill Bentley at 312-488-1851.  I'll be reporting this scam to the Florida Department of Consumer Services since subscribe to the "Do Not Call" list.

Just got the exact same call 2 days ago, with the call back number 866-933-6017.  I was suspicious and I'm glad I did not call back.  I'm not sure what the point of this scam is though.
