Received a pre-recorded message on my cell from these people that I used to receive from another number they used.  Same recording "please be advised this not a telemarketing call.  This is a personal business message for Donna Black.  If you are not Donna Black.... blah blah blah"  Same harassment, they are using a different number.  I don't owe any creditors or have bad debts and this is the exact same message from a number that I previously reported to the do not call registry.  I just reported them again using their new number...

Repeatedly calls me daily for a person I have never heard of. Leaves voice messages pertaining to debt...I have asked them numerous times to quit calling my number...They will not take my number out of their system...They ask for an Alexandra Smith...Apparently that's not me!!!

11/10/08 - received this call today but have received several calls from them. Saying that this was not a telemarketing call but an attempt to collect a debt and if I was the person that they were trying to contact to either call the number given or contact them by email at certified notice.com.

Same as previous people.  "This is not a telemarketing call...blah blah blah"  I too have told them that the person they wish to get ahold of is not at this number

Message left on answering machine states call is for ** (only states a last name & how many people would that fit?)  Instructs you to log on to their "secure website" for information at www.warning notice.com & enter an ID # to access your private records.  We have no delinquencies, bogus call.

They call me 2 to 3 times a day for 'James Muldono' The last message said "if you are not James Muldono call 916-685-3997 ext 2299, and we will take you off this call list" I have asked to be taken off this call list numerous times! This company has been harassing our unlisted phone number for 1 year.  We are senior citizens and haven't a clue who others are that they are calling for.  I told them that I was turning them in to the proper authorities. What do you not understand about "do not call again".  Unless you turn in harassement calls nothing ever gets resolved.  We are not Amy or Walter stop calling.

We keep getting hang ups from this number 866-945-4977. Since we have call station from http://www.imptec.com on one of the computers with a modem it now gets zapped when ever they call.

call asking for keith, but left a web site address to log into and put in a long list of numbers they gave me. wehn i tried to call them back it went to a private persons answering machine. it sends me in circles and they keep calling here. how do i stop this?

I know who the owner is.  he is David P. Freitag  the company address is 1934 E montgomery x rd savannah,Ga 31406-5037   his home address is 306 white bluff ave savannah,Ga 31419-3114  his home phone number is (912)925-8817   now you can call him at home and harrass him like they do you.

I just posted the owner and his address and phone number.  call him at home worry  him.  tell him it's payback time.

I got online to do as they said and found this site.  I have no idea who this is or what it's alo about.

I received this call, in fact, it is the same caller using a different number. He calls my house three to five times per day, every day. It's not even for anyone living at my house, and I told him directly to A. Stop calling. B. That the person they are trying to reach no longer lives at my house.

I am completely fed up.

Pretty much the same story as everyone else--multiple calls, recorded message "not a telemarketer," etc., etc., etc.
Sure, I'm delinquent in some heavy medical bills...but what are you gonna do?? (get in line, guys...I MIGHT be able to pay you SOMETHING sooner or later - most likely later - I think I owe more in past due medical bills than I'll ever be able to earn for the rest of my lifetime!)

(I basically (1) Don't answer any phone call from a number I don't know, and (2) erase the voicemail before I listen to it (AGAIN!) I'll probably end up getting another phone # eventually anyway)

Gettng calls all hours of day and night (up until 3AM). Most days, even sunday morning the calls start before 9AM EST. I thought that collection agencies must follow the rule that they can only call you between the hours of 9AM - 9PM M-F & no holidays(?)
They do not state their company name or what company they represent so it is impossible to research this issue. Calling them back does no good and I am not about to enter personal info into a website just for curiosity. As far as I know I do not owe anything. All my bills are current. Since there is no live person to speak with you can never resolve issue. I thought that numerous calls in one day constitutes harrassment(?)
