They call my cell phone every day but never leave a message.

The phone calls are from Verizon. They are calling either about a new contract / phone offer, or about your bill. I get four calls per day from them because my contract expired. They are trying to sell you a new phone and sign a new contract. I have called them back three times, told them I wasn't interested, asked them to stop calling but they continue to call.

This is ridiculous! DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, where are you??? As far as I am concerned, this is an invasion of my home from these insects that call my home constantly. Take my name and ph. number off your list!

Number calls, plays "hold" music, and i wait for someone to come on the line ... it hangs up.
same thing 2 hrs later.

They just keep calling me over and over again, multiple times per day.  It is VERY annoying

when i call back it says" Thank you for calling verizon wireless if you would like to speak with a sales associate please press 1 at this time" then after a few seconds of not pressing 1 it hungs your call up

They'll never stop calling it seems. I just added them to my contacts and then edited the contact under "options" and clicked the "Send directly to voicemail."  Since they never leave a message, hopefully I'll never even know they're trying to harass me.

Called me every day. I wrote and complained to Verizon, and they said that this is not actually a call from Verizon. I talked to VZ customer service and they said they had not authorized anyone to call out and call me. They said it was spam, advised not to give any information out, and allowed me to block the number.

Thanks.  That is very helpful to know.  I have been getting calls from this number for a couple of days now. They call usually before lunch and I don't answer my phone at work.  I did get a call from Verizon on Tuesday wanting to upgrade my account but I told them to call back later.  It was around 5:00 and I had just gotten home from work (not a moment of peace!).  I haven't looked but I bet it is the same number.

The representatives may say they are from "Verizon Wireless" but do NOT fall for those antics.  They are NOT Verizon telemarketers as Verizon does NOT employ telemarketers.

I agree. When Verizon calls, the caller ID says VERIZON. They also don't call from a toll free number to hide their identity. Probably a scam.

Your're right this isn't Verizon as my contract isn't up for 6 more months.  This number calls my cell phone all hours and doesn't leave a message. Tonight at 20:00, I answered and got a opening with no one there.  They disconnected.  I then hung up and redialed from a blocked number line, it rang 4-5 times and then a voicemail played in a females voice asking me to leave a message.

Folks, this isn't Verizon, but if you're a Verizon customer, you can block this and any other number that calls repeatedly for free with Verizon.

saved me $10 a month with no new contract...reduced my unlimited text to 1,000 a month, I think I can stay under that, since I'm not a 12 year old girl lol...

This is not Verizon Wireless. It is a company pretending to be them. Do not talk to them.
I spoke with Verizon Wireless, this number is not connected to them.
The number they called is my 11 year old daughter's cell phone.
