Caller ID says Toll Free Caller. Hung up on my answering machine.

Probably another nuisance call.  Caller ID said Toll Free Caller and no message was left on the answering machine.  If only there was a way to completely block any and all telemarketers and nuisance calls.  the DNC list doesn't work worth a darn.  In fact, I believe there are more calls now than ever.  Aren't there any governing agencies that can stop these pests who disrupt our lives?

I answered and heard music, I hung up.

Sign up with Ooma for phone service over the Internet.  They offer a blacklist feature.  Won't prevent the first call, but once a number is blacklisted you won't receive any future calls from that number.  A GREAT feature.  You're right, the DNC list is a joke.  We're receiving more nuisance calls than ever.  But not from the same number twice :) .

According to the 'who calls me' site one user identified this number as AT&T Wireless. AT&T Uverse TV has been calling repeatedly (888-419-9409) and now this. Folks - perhaps if we stop using AT&T maybe they won't be able to pay people to harass us at home/office/cell wherever. Boycott AT&T!

You are absolutely right. AT&T has the worst customer service in the world U-Verse can't get anything right. Complete waste of time and money.

We keep getting calls from this number, and when we try to lock the calls, we get the message that the number we entered is incorrect.

I just got the call as well...heard the music and a VOIP came up stating that it was a telemarketer.
