They calledmy home number at bad time(4am)without massage.

AT&T selling Cable/Internet/Phone Packages

AT&T continually calls to sell UVERSE. If I don't pick up the call, it forwards as if calling a number and you get the operator stating that if you would like to make a call.....than it goes busy to all of our phones and you have to manually answer each one to shut down the call. Even on the DO NOT CALL list and registering every 30 days, these calls continue.......

These guys persistent.
Call every day. Some time twice a day.
Each time I get call from this number, I switch my fax machine on.

This number has been calling us for months, day and night.. finally called them back. I got girl named Amy and I asked her how to get them to stop calling my house and my cell. She said she could put me on a list in the system they use but to ensure getting off the list to call the 800 number. She said the automation is set and then sends the calls to various call houses when you pick up or answer FYI.

So:
Call the number back and ask to be removed from their calling list.
Call customer support at 1 (800) 288-2020 to get on the overall DNC list.

This number has been calling everyday for weeks; multiple times a day.  I never answer and they never leave a message.

4am w/o massage is a bad time

Most people would appreciate a call at 4AM, if the caller offered to come and give a massage.(Depending on what part of the anatomy the massage was to be applied).

This is reduculous. I am overseas and this one is the only call I get all day long and in the middle of the night, and it is the roaming charge.

CALLED back and said ATT. I asked to be put on their DNC list and operator was receptive and said no problem. will do, but just a reminder can take up to 30 days. "have a nice day."

Same as all of the above.  Our FCC is a bunch of paid gangsters.  Worthless [***].
