This number been call me nonetheless times it's annoying I don't owed them any money please stop call me if not I'm go report you

If this is a debt collector why in the world would they not leave a message and try to arrange some kind of payment.  Calling and hanging up/not leaving a message means what??  That they are shady and scammy??  I don't understand.  How do you collect when you don't leave a message.  Do they hope you accidently answer - I really don't get it.

By law a 3rd party debt collector cannot disclose any information that this is a debt collection call to anyone but the intended recipient.  Since they have no way of knowing they have the correct number or that someone other than the debtor can listen to the message, they cannot mention the call is in reference to a debt unless they are the original creditor.

Yes, that is correct, they can state the name of the party they are looking for with a vague reference to a business matter in hopes the person they are seeking calls back.

They call numerous times a day.   We owe no money to anyone.

Calls numerous times a week. I have just now picked up phone, not answering. They are naming someone I don't know then state they are Monarch Recovery Systems, a debt collector, give a name and a number and ask for the named someone to call them back.  The call is a recording, the call is not for me.

Same here Fran, i never owed a dime to anyone. Cash and carry. No medical bills what so ever neither. So i don't know why they are calling constantly. I don't answer the phone when i see that #. Has to be some sort of scam.
