I got this call, they claimed to be Integrity Financial Partners, looking to collect $49 on an overdraft account that no longer exists.  Scary thing is they had a lot of my personal info.  When I called my bank, they took their info and considered them to be a scam of sorts.

Integrity Financial Partners. They aren't a scam, but instead a collection agency for Chase. They called me collecting on my overdraft balance due on my Chase checking account. I had called Chase to take care of it and they gave me Integrity Financial Partners and phone number to call and deal with it

I just called Chase bank, and they say they never heard of these guys. They say they don't handle collection agency stuff over the phone, and that they just do it through the mail. So, call the police, maybe, but don't call these guys back.

If anything call Chase directly and ask about it, they will tell you they never heard of Integrity Financial Partners.

According to what I just heard from Chase bank:

    THIS IS A SCAM.

at the bottom of this website there's a way to get on the do not call list, and a way to report scams such as these.

I am reporting this scam right now, as I type this.

this is not a scam. i called chase and they confirmed that this company, integrity financial partners was working on behalf of them. the number that chase gave me to contact them went right back to the person that had called me in the first place.

Called left a message to call them back.  Did not leave a company name.

I called back, they didn't identify the company either and said they were closed.

This number is a scam operation as reported on the internet.

I am on a no call list and they still called me!  Wish we could have police contact these nuts!

This company is a valid collection agency and they appear to try to comply with the FDCPA.  The problem is that the use an autodialer to make outgoing collection calls and as such if they call your cell phone or your number assigned to a paging service, then their call is a violation of the TCPA 47 USC 227 (b) (1) (A) (iii).  Each call they autodial to your cell or pager is a separate federal statutory tort and they owe you $500 for having made the illegal call.  Jim

Twice, Marlee Pruit from Integrity Financial Partners called my part-time job when I was not there. The 2nd time, on Thursday, June 17th, my supervisor called me and gave me the message along with the number 866-951-8061. I returned the call, not knowing what it was, but figured it must be important if they called my job to reach me. Ms Pruitt claimed to be from a collection agency trying to collect a past due credit card bill. She told me I had until Tuesday June 22 to contact her with payment arrangements or "action would be taken." She had a great deal of personal information including the company names of charge accounts we had paid off and the company financing both of my vehicles. She said "If you can pay them, why can't you pay this?" She even claimed to have what she said was my credit rating. Rather than have her call my job, I gave her my cell phone number. My husband and I discussed the situation and decided we were not dealing with a collection agency. I just received another  call from Ms Pruit from 919-926-1792 and told her not to call me anymore.

i received a call today from integrity financial partners today only saying they wanted a call back and there number. I called and they claimed to be collecting a debt my husband owed from eBay. And when i questioned her about is she could not tell me why paypal hadn't taken it from our bank account. But i have to say that they did return me to the original person i spoke to when i called back and they gave their name and a number and their extension. But i am not paying until i contact eBay and ask why they didn't take it up with paypal.

With collection agencies...they can pull up your credit report! I know I used to work for a 3rd party collection agency back in 2008.That is how they know all these things. So all that personal information that you think they are scamming you with, nope...right on your credit report! They can also see your score. That is how they fool you into paying and to get scared into paying. They know everything that is listed there. If they are telling you your credit rating...that should also be a clue that they have your credit report in sight!

Also they can see your payments to other lenders, your other checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, how much you last had in them. If you have ever seen your credit report, that is what THEY see. It's not a scam...its how they scare you into paying because they HAVE that information. I would HIGHLY suggest you get a credit report. You can get a free one here https://www.annualcreditreport.com but it is only ONCE a year you can get it free.

Also knowing a bit about the FDCPA may help you if you have a rude, threatening person on the other line of the agency! See http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fdcpajump.shtm for FDCPA information!

AND if you owe debt and its 6 months or more into 3rd party collections, you MAY be able to settle for pennies on the dollar. A year ago I settled a $12,000 credit card debt to $2500. You just have to know how to talk to them and stand up for yourself. Also make sure to request a "Letter of Debt Release" when you do settle your debt. That way if they still claim you owe the debt, after paying it, you have proof that nope...its been paid off!

    @Valerie:
Yes same here. Chase sent me something in the mail saying we could work it out. When I called (their idiot customer reps - all 3 of them)  couldnt do a thing for me. The crrraazzy part is that this debt collection agency has private info and phone numbers that I NEVER gave out. They are digging deeper into your private info and pretty sure that's illegal.
If anyone knows how to stop this harassment let us know. ....

I dont even OWE anything. Its all accrued interest on an account that was NEVER CREATED!
