Several calls from this number, stating it is imperitive that they be called back- we do not have any late bills or credit problems.

Has been calling for the last 3 months, off and on, sometimes everyday for a week...they leave a message saying it is very important I call back, and leave a call back number and their name, but not what company they're with or what they want; sometimes all I get is a recorded message when I answer my phone.  I even told them I'm not who they're looking for and they still have called back...

Some guy named DeMarkus called asked to speak to (my daughters name omitted), I told him she was not here.  He asled "is this her huband", I said "no I am her father."  He said it was important that I give this number to my daughter. I asked him what this was about and he said it was a personal matter. I said if you cant tell my why I would not leave the message.  He said "FINE have a GREAT day" very sarcastically!  His voice was very shaddy and had a dialec from the east coast.

Got a call today from this number. Stated my street address, my e-mail address & told me I'd "won" something... and something about a contest being "closed"... I could barely understand the rest. Not thrilled that they had my address.

They call several times a day, sometimes about every 20 to 30 minutes.  They start at 8:30 a.m. & stop about 8 p.m.

They don't stop at 8:00 PM, I just got a call at 8:15 - third today, asking for someone I don't know.  This is a business cell phone.  They said that their computer calls automatically and that it will take my number off tomorrow - we'll see.  They are scum.

this number 1-866-953-0300 called and told me i owed 1600 dollars! they said they were calling from sprint for a late bill, but it not due for another 2 weeks. somehow they knew my first and last name. and the first 3 digits of social!

did they ever take your number off? they called me and knew my social. im pissed off.

They called my uncle and gave them the message for me to call back. They didn't want to tell him what it was concerning. They just said it was very important. If it was important then they should have called me or told him what it was about. I'm NOT calling them back.

im a collector reason being the FDCPA wont allow us to release info to a third party disclosure.

They called me to and i get the same thing i try to call them back and i can never get a hold of a person its alwasy a damn machine there are way to many scams these days dont worry it will catch up with them for sure it always does

They call sporadically claiming to be from Sprint/Nextel

This number has been calling me everyday, around 5-7 times a day for the past week. I usually ignore, but decided to answer yesterday. i said "hello" and a second or two later music started playing..i hung up. they called again, i ignored it, and then they called again around an hour after that..i picked up and said "hello" and there was a distant "hello." i said "yes?", the distant voice said "yes mam." its really weirding me out, they've called again around 9 that evening and theyve called another two-three times today. Is there any action i can take to put a stop the this nuisance?

Why would anyone return a call to someone rude enough to not identify who they are or what company they represent.  They can call till you know what freezes over.  Shame on them!

I just got a call saying that that they were from Sprint/Nextel claiming I had a service with them. They knew the three numbers of my social. However, I gave the a wrong last 4 and that said my entire name and the location of that person.

But, I check my credit report to find out that there is an inquiry of sprint/nextel on my record. I may have a serious case on my hands.

I actually called them back and gave them some info and they knew it all.

A old lady named mrs white or something like that keeps calling me what should I do ?
should i contact the fdcpa and make a lawsuit ?
i cant take it anymore
