It's office depot

This is an Office Depot # that is tied to some sort of order follow-up. They have called us several times over the past week or so; phone rings, we answer & the line goes dead. I recommend calling Office Depot customer service & reporting the problem.

This is Office Depot.  We just received our order a couple of days ago and I am sure this is a follow up call to rate the service on our recent order.

I guess they must have a pretty satisfied customer base if no one can complain about their orders.  :)

Well, it might be helpful if they called their "customers" and not the rest of us.   Just was called about our Office Depot account but we don't have one.  Turns out, they called the wrong business . . . not too surprising, since it was "forwarded" to me (via caller id I could watch the process)

Have received calls from this number a few times. I let it go to voicemail - caller never leaves a message. Decided to Google it and found this page. If it's Office Depot, I haven't bought anything there in ages, so it's either a cold sales call or a wrong number. Either way - annoying! Especially when they don't identify themselves. Makes it seem shady.

Number will not stop calling!  And they do not leave a message!!

It's Office Depot spam calling previous customers about some special deals and crap. I haven't bought anything from them in about 4 years and don't plan to. It's really irritating that they've saved my info for this long.

Flakes, just disconnect if this number shows on your caller ID

When I get idiots like these calling me at home, first they usually ask if they've reached John Doe (only my real name), my response is "We don't give out any information over the phone". Any futher questions can be answered with the same response "We don't give out any information over the phone" (including verifying who they're talking to. Wash / rinse / repeat..."We don't give out any information over the phone", it's been working pretty good for me, there's no discussion, no increase (in my) bloodpressure, it ends the call fast, try it and don't say anything else.

Called and activated voice mail, indicating a new message. However, after a period of silence, there was no message. The calls have started again. Received a lot of hang-up calls from them for months. 866-655-8615

They call and wait for voice mail and hang up, resulting in phantom voice messages. Must be a telemarketer. They never state who they are or what they want.

I answer their calls, and they are actually really helpful. They let you know what products are on sale, or what products you can get for less money.

I agree with you! They are very helpful and make my life a whole lot easier. They make my day everytime they call me. I dont know what I would do without them. The great thing about them is that they always give me discounts. I LOVE OFFICE DEPOT ACCOUNT MANAGERS!!!!

Thank you, we appreciate people who actually are nice to us. We deal with a lot of RUDE PEOPLE during our 8 hours of work in a day. We are NOT calling to bug them or hang up on them; we are calling to help them. If they take forever to answer their phones it’s not our problem. These people calling us rude….very hypocritical
