OMG,  National Credit Works is a joke. They have ownership of a Credit card that I screwed up on a few years ago. I am now trying to do the right thing and pay the balance off.... I have kept track of every payment I have made and am sure that I am done paying, but every phone number that I call has either been disconnected or has a busy signal.   What the hell do I do now????
