I am looking at a strange charge in my account from 'Google Treasure Chest' 866-957-0020.

also charged my account 72.00 i have not received anything from google. they are a scam

I got a 72.?? charge in my account as well.  Never purchased anything either.

I can't remember receiving a call from this numer, I was charged 71.21 from my Bank of america debit card and the bank itself gave me this number to claim. This is Outrageous!!!!!!!!!

I got a 72.21 charge on my credit card for this same place. I called them and they are supposedly reversing the charges. I was able to get a confirmation number from them. I was pretty ticked when I saw the charges. I signed up with them for a FREE disk and the only charge was suppose to be $1.97 for the postage. I did not read where I was going to be charged another charge and they say it is in the fine print. WHATEVER!!

The same thing just happened to me.  They took the money out on Easter Sunday.  I called my bank and they are not going to pay it and they are investigating it.  I have to get a new ATM card to prevent this from happening again.  SCAM all the way.  They took out of my account $1.97 2 weeks ago to send me some info on working to get info for Google.  DO NOT DO IT, this is a big time scam.

I was also charged $72.21 on Google for a free kit on money making.  The only charge was to be $1.97 and to my surprise bammmm they got me.  They are ridicules in these times how can an American take advantage of his fellow Americans in this way.  Where did the true meaning of American go.

I just got charged with the same fee . Needless to say I am pissed . I have three kids to care for was looking to find a way to work from home and this is what they do. Bull I am mad and I am not able to get a refund. I am beyond angry . How do people get away with this ?

I got the same thing ($72.21 on my account)! But I did get $1.97 CD from Google! I just called that number and they were very nice and said that they will refund my money within 10 days. :)

I did some looking around and their should be a number on the bank statement  (866-957-0020), supposedly if you call that you can cancel the membership they didn't clearly tell you you were buying into.

The catch is that unless you mention the 100% money back guarantee, you won't get refunded.

Same as above. There is a new law comming to sure for this kind of spam.

Same thing happened today. I got a 72.21 charge. I called the company, no answer. Bank is reversing fees but had to cancel my card which sucks since I now have to update all my info for automatic payments. I ordered the same make money on goolge for 1.97.

Exact same situation as me.  I didn't read any fine print about the 72.21.  Hopefully these scamsters have been reported and being investigated and shut down.  I was told today that I would get a complete refund of 72.21 and provided a confirmation number.  Since I didn't get the CD I should get the $1.97 as well.

I did get my refund!!  Tho I did just get a call from Google Treasure Chest itself!?!? Wanted to see if they could help me in my money making process, yada yada.  uh hopefully I won't get charged for THAT phone call, time will tell!

Also got the charge.  Called them to cancel the membership.  I was actually waiting for the charge to show up with the full phone number, since after going through the signup process (which doesnt refer to a membership), the confirmation page states that you are in a free trial period and have become a member.  I knew when seeing that, that there would be additional charges to my card.  Nothing on the page states how much the charges are.

Note: Had to wait several minutes and tell them I wanted to cancel and get the 100% money back.

They took $1.97 from a credit card. The credit card can not stop the payment. You think that is only less than $2.00 but multiply by ???### that is lot of money.

Conclusion: RUN! away from this people.
