keeps calling me and im tired of it

Just so you all know i have screwed up earlier in my life and this company has giving me choices and helped me out more than others have.....i have gotten sued earlier for the same thing these guys stopped it! its not a fraud and if i were all of u step up and take care of ur business so u dont end up like me. And Yall should look up the word Harrassment....just saying stop brushing off your issues and take responsibility! Grow up!!!!!

No def not im currently a full time student with two kids.....i want to teach my kids by example and when i mess up i fix it..... so if you have kids wouldnt you want to teach them right from wrong? Plus i will NEVER again take out a payday loan.....i only borrowed like $300 and ended up paying $721.36 talk about interest....loan sharks!

This lady keep calling name Jennifer Michaels. It's so annoying and they are liars.

I keep getting calls from different people. Today i got a call from this nasty lady name jennifer michaels. She claims my daughter gave my name to her as a contact person. She would give me a phone number. She blocks her niumber from the phone. i have had it with these stupid people trying to extort money from innocent people. No letter or anything just these annoying phone after 8pm at night.

She is quite amusing, pretending to be an official agency of some sort. When I would not verify my social security number on the phone, she yelled to the loser in the cubicle next to her, "She did it! Pick her up, Main Street!! She needs some acting lessons, and yes, they are liars & slime. I asked to an invoice in writing, as you should always do in these circumstances, and she kept skirting the issue. I also told her to stop calling me at work, but she continues, so I am recording all her phone calls, and have engaged an attorney. I've been getting these calls for over a year now, and like the writer before me said, if they had anything, they would act on it. I am not afraid of the court systems in our country, so do what you have to do, Jennifer, and leave me alone. I will happily pay my legitimate debts when presented in writing & when the collector does not indulge in chicanery & intimadation tactics. I spent my entire adult life in law enforcement, and can tell you that the statute of limitations on bad checks expires after one year & one day! You bought the debt, now live with it, and start acting in an ethical manner. It would bring you many more payments that the childish games Jennifer is playing. RJM Aquisitions - always pay them! They send your debt in writing and give you several options on how to pay it off, and they settle for less than the original amount. Do Not Fall for This Scam, Please!!!

Its funny that you claim that i work there....but your typing up that we need to pay RJM Aquisitions? Do you work for RJM Aquisitions? If my grammar is "deplorable" im ok with that, atleast im not a slimmy collector like you....clearly you work at this company! RJM Aquistions is also First Alliance Check Systems. I contacted the an attorney the first time they called me because they left a message telling me they had an arrest warranent for a bad check. I don't write checks. The attorney told me to tell them to issue the warrant and take me to court and to stop calling if they wern't going to follow thru on their threats. They have purchased old internet cash loans and are trying to collect on them. Problem is, mine was already paid off and they  were not willing to validate the debt the just kept threating me. Attorney said they can't do anything to you because there is not a signed contract and they think if they don't validate they can keep harassing. Next time they called I told them I would see them in court and I have not heard from them in almost 2 months now.

FACS can not be located anywhere on the Interenet. They can not be verified. So how can you believe they aren't a bottom feeder after an old debt to make you pay. They buy old debts that are out of date. They can not take you to court and they can not sue you. They can not even provide you with your original paperwork if there is any at all. Don't fall prey to these companies. They are full of hot air and smoke but in the end they can't do a thing.

I received a call several month ago saying they were calling on behalf of my daughter who they were investigating. When I call them I was told that I was used as a reference so they wanted me to get a hold of her. This was an urgent matter/investigation and they need to speak with her before they file on the case. Same pricks called me today, and now saying that I needed to call because action was pending on me now. Bottom fricking feeders.

Omg!!!-a lady by the name of jordan regan called  on sept 15 ,11 in regard to a check not being paid from a loan at check in go in los banos,ca....she then sent me a letter from F.A.C.S.Inc. she had all of my info correct from the loan.so i made a payment arrangement of a settlement for $300 and no penalties and fee charges.i sent her $150...next arrangement has come up she calls and wants the other half .i had a bad feeling about this company after i told her i didnt have the second payment.she got angry and argumentive.now i know why its a fraud ....the used to be called norton capital...there r other companies out there too that call on the same issue .there names are Alliance Affset Accent.NCA and Mulliken & Kane all fraud companies.please dont be afraid and get harrassed and cound like  i did.if there is anyone out there with an attorney to contact in regard to this fraud please reply to me with the info and as for the person who got my money there's a hot spot in hell for people like you.........

so the caller from this number is not legal i reall need to no cause i though i was paying for one thing now they say i am paying for vip loanshop loan that i never got i need to no if i need to get a lawyer something smell funny

Some lady left a message on my business phone claiming another woman whose name I have never heard of used my name as a reference, then she rattled off a bunch of numbers claiming they were a "case" and "docket number." I think it's one of these scam companies trying to collect on made up debts. I callled the number and got a guy and told him to remove my name from his list. They actualy didn't give me a fight about it but sounded like a fishy scam company. One of these companies tried to use my contact information to extort money out of an elderly woman who was my neighbor at my former apartment complex. DONT LISTEN TO COMPANIES LIKE THIS. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

no this is not real and has been reported to bbb and i currently have it under investagion.seeking an attorney
