Yellow pages online is a scam company.  They have been billing our church for services that we did not order.  DO NOT pay these people.  They can not give us the name of the person who ordered their 'services' or even a date with a correct name.  it's like they are pulling names out of a file and names given have not attended in years.  There is no way they ordered servcies.  this company is not honest and they run a scam operation.

They have called at indecent times. They have harrassed me for over a year! I have asked them to take me off thier list, I am on the National do not call list, I told them I don't want their ad.   They are Rude and totally a SCAM.  They call everyday, hang up, and do not take no for an answer.   There must be something that can be done. They also block thier number, call from a dozen different numbers. Where ELSE can we report them? I have already reported them on the National registry.

one of my employees took this call in november, answered the question "do you work for the business" with "yes", and they "had us".  They started sending us bills for $599.95 plus late charges.  I took the call from 800-441-5392 (which inadvertently is on this site as an issue prone Verizon imitator) in february from these people and went round and round.  They have the audio of my employee saying "yes" to being the manager.  When I demanded a copy of the audio, they said "no, it's our property".  I've been collecting, but ignoring the bills at this point.  But, today I received a collection notice.  Go figure.  I did report it to the FTC following the rude call from "Claudia Brown" back in february.

This company is good at what they do!  they got 599.95 out of me last year based on the "I spoke to this employee in your company and she said she was manager and could make financial decisions, played me the recording and I reluctantly paid.  They just called again all nice and sympathetic and once I agreed to make payment made crazy statements like "I'm billing you 600.00 we don't deal in pennies and it will show up on your account as Educational comp.  I immediately called my bank to stop payment, reported to fraud department and froze account to stop them from getting a penny.
