For all appearances QTBill is a fraudulent business. They operate out of Indianapolis, IN. They advertise website access by issuing a password, they say, that can be obtained through a telephone call. Unfortunately, the password the issue is bogus, but they attempt to collect on the payment anyway.

The company cannot be reached either by telephone and do not respond to e-mails. However, they will pursue collection. Don't be a victim, I was.

If you have had any issue with one of the merchants products qtbill.com has billed for please email us at service@qtbill.com and some one will respond to you shortly.

If you feel that you have had one of your emails unanswered please let us know. Company Management reviews most emails.

Qtbill.com is a billing processing company and bills for many services and products.

Here is a little product and company information:

qtbill incorporates patent pending technology allowing for the instant identification of individuals at point of sale. qtbill.com is a market based driven service resulting from over 25 years in the payment transaction industry. Our unique verification process networks several of the nations largest secured databases and delivers verifiable and secured identity confirmation.

qtbill.com developed this process with the intention of providing an instant and credible point of sale billing method for merchants and consumers. Point of sale verification allows merchants the ability to offer alternative payment methods to their customers without traditional and less secure devices such as a credit card.

When you open up the orange envelope and look inside, you will find under the product description line the goods and services that you purchased using qtbill.com.

If you have any questions regarding the billing you can email us at service@qtbill.com. If you have any problems or concerns on the services or products that were charged to your account we will be able to direct you to the merchants for assistance.

We try to handle billing inquiries via email because
it avoids leaving messages back and forth, plus if necessary we can send
bill copies and other critical information required in assisting you in billing questions or issues.

Hope this helps dismiss the scam and bogus theory.

qtbill calls all day every day claiming to be bill collecting.
The call is a pre-recorded message with no individual information.
    However,
     I never heard of them
There is no info on why $ is owed them
They apparently have no info about me but my phone number
The phone refers you to the website
The website refers you to the phone
The only thing you can do at either is to pay, or not pay and get called

The only reason you would be getting automated calls is to remind you to pay your account. Or to call you and let you know your account is about to have late fees added or the account is being turned over to a collection company.

The only way to sign up a account with qtbill.com is to answer a few  personally identifying questions! Once we confirm your identify your account is created.

You also would have had to accept the charges before creating the account. For example to purchase this product for $14.95 please press 1 now or press I accept button on a web site. Then you would had to have answer several questions to create the account. So it is hard to understand why someone at that phone number would have no idea about the bill or the account.

If you are unaware of qtbill.com and the account you might want to check with those people who also have access to your phone or internet. Also we respond to every email and can tell you who at that phone number used set up the account. We try to handle most customer service issues by email so we may send supporting billing information.

The only reason we would call you several times is that you have not responded to our calls and we our trying to contact you about your account .

If this posting has not helped please email us at service@qtbill.com or call 1-866-518-0391.

    well Brad,
very nice of you to write a nice little response. I did manage to get someone to e-mail back when I threatened suing for harassment and reporting them to the BBB.

I found out the debt is legitamate..for a collect call. But dear, I never got ANY mail or nice little orange envelope that you are talking about. The website says that I can pay vis paypal but when I asked about it in my e-mail that is currently unavailable. They want my credit card number..which I am not giving out to them.

Everything still seems fishy. I had to deal with a death in the family and got back into town. Its only been like a week and a half - 2 weeks. I went on to pay it with a prepaid and now they are trying to charge me double. something is definately not right. I only learned of the bill through harassing phone calls at most 2 weeks ago and now they are doublking it. Tomorrow will you triple it?

I have no problem poaying the original amount WITH my prepaid CC but I am not getting bullied or scammed out of more than that. If you all wont take my payment for the original amount then you wont get anything.

I am sorry if you think that the reason you had your email answered was because you threated us. I can assure you that was not the case. We answer all emails. As you can tell by this response we go out of our way to help customers and respond to them.

We do state clearly that late fees will be added if the bill goes unpaid.

If you feel the bill got lost in the mail or if you miss placed it during this family situation please email Scott@qtbill.com and he will review the account again. If it is determine that your bill did not reach you in a timely manner he will be able to make those adjustments.

As far as Paypal is concern We did have issue adding this to our web site.We are sorry if that cause you issues.

Harrassing phone calls 4 times a day for days on end.

No bill was sent via US mail.

Searching for lawyer in Indianaplois to handle this case and for others who have also complained about qtbill.com.  It is obvious they did not do their homework as to what is or is not allowed.

    Brad,

What is the US mailing address of qtbill.com?

There is more than one thread complaining about qtbill. Brad, how about a phone number that works that a person answers or a person returns the call. Only evil needs to hide in the dark. Come out into the light. That will be the day. I say scam. Besides the guy that showed up at their office (wow) has anyone ever actually talked to a qtbill person. I would sure like to.
