    For me, it was an out of country collections call from Xcel Energy. This is a scam call. Do not give these people any money!

    After a thorough cussing of these guys, I got a call from Angel Garcia.  He spoof the caller id with 800-481-4700, Excel’s real customer’s service number.  

    The number he gave was 877-828-3343 ext. 21.  He claimed to be from Excel and wanted a collections payment too.  He did not like the cussing he got and said he would be waiting for me in front of my business. What a nice guy!
