The caller represented  themselves as being from IRS and said we had under paid taxes and that local sheriff  was coming out to arrest me because  of this. Bogus!  Beware!

same thing- claim to be from irs and wanting to help me resolve a tax due issue before they take it to the courthouse. no way.

Got three calls from the same guy, who can barely speak understandable english, claiming to be from the Dept of Banks and Audits. Give me a break! Ever hear of that organization?? Don't be fooled by these bozos!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Hi. I got the same message claiming to be from the IRS. Someone named Anthony Wilson from Tax and Audit division. Sounded to be calling from India or Pakistan with a very strong accent that I could only understand 60% of what he was saying. Didn't seem to be asking for money....yet.... Said my credit score could be very seriously ruined if I didn't respond to this urgent call.

Just received a call from a man named Jim Carter with a Spanish accent.  He claims that there are legal matters to resolve. Whatever!  

I work for the IRS, and take calls from taxpayers.  This is a scam number. My personal attempts now are to find out which company is providing the service to forward and report the company in assisting the fraudulent scamming of money.

Received call from the IRS. Hard to understand the caller she had a very thick accent. She left a phone number 1-866-978-8112. She finished the call by saying "good luck".

Similar to above, a heavy accented India sounding male claiming to be an IRS agent (ID #15099) indicating we have serious IRS issues and If there wasn't an immediate response there was going to be "serious consequences" with parting words "good luck"!

Same thing as above.  Message left regarding the IRS.  I knew this was a scam so I did not call back.
They left more than one message over several weeks.  Same thing to call because I needed to take care of the IRS
issue or they would have me arrested etc.
