Some keeps calling my employer saying ther sending someone to serve me papers threats that there on there way

I keep getting phone calls for over 2 weeks from a "Mr. Ortiz" from A "William and Rivera Litigation" threatening to file a petition to Court.  I also keep getting phone calls from other phone #s claiming to be from "William and Rivera Law Firm" they keep calling my supervisor and leaving my personal information in my voicemail "to confirm" where to serve Court documents requesting to call back (866) 985-0658 and keep emphasizing "last chance" before pursuing legal actions.  My supervisor is very annoyed and so am I it's going to cost me my job.  This is harassment and beyond stressful.

They called my employer also however I used to be a paralegal in a debt collector s office..what they are doing is against the law..they can be fines several thousand $s..and you can sue..there are federal laws prohibiting these tactics.. I am pursuing this action against them..you should do the same..I called them out on this and they said they don't have anything for me in their office and denied calling

I keep getting phone calls from "William and Rivera Litigation" threatening to file a petition to Court.  I also keep getting phone calls from other phone #s (with no caller id) claiming to be from "William and Rivera Law Firm" or that they are from "the clerks office" they keep calling my work AND family members and leaving my personal information "to confirm" where to serve Court documents requesting to call back (866) 985-0648 to confirm I will be available to sign documents.  Some of the messages have stated  "last chance"  before pursuing legal actions.    One of my family members were so inclined to give them my cell #, so now they are calling that too.  This is harassment and beyond stressful!!!

Fraudulent or deceptive debt collectors "Williams & Rivera Litigation" -- They often obscure their identity, impersonate government entities and do not follow any of require Fair Debt Collection Act procedures. Do not provide them with any information. Demand a verification of debt letter. Check the collections section of your credit report. Contact CFPB.

Williams and Rivera are calling my work. Wanting me to call Jerry at 866-999-0466. What is this???

Im getting calls from a 1-866-978-7182 & 1-855-231-1721 claiming to be from Williams and Rivera or their other office Karmin and Michael stating that I owe from a credit card back in 2006,  almost 11 years ago.  If I don't pay it they will take me to court.  I asked for a few things but when I asked for company address and debt validation letter through certified mail they got passed and hung up which I called back asked for the same info and they got pissed again then told the lady about the rcw law that I have the right for the info and was told we will see you in court.  Anyone else getting these calls and do they speak English good or do they sound like 7-11 people?
