Just saw this charge to my debit card as well.  What is it??

It's part of a scam if you have ever signed up for a weight loss product you need to call and cancel two other products as well. If this number showed up 800-989-5907 probably will too.

I got a call from my bank about this.  they charged my debit card 4.95.  I put a hold on my card and have been on hold with the phone #for at least 3 mins.  no answer.  man, what a scam

They charged 95$ on my credit card!! and i dont know why!! I dont know what to do!!!

What two other numbers do I call? I had ordered Wu-yi tea. Cancelled that. But now what? any suggetions???

Dazzle White was ordered...and canceled.
Now another charge for The Insider Secret and Comprehensive Weightloss
and now waiting for the eBook charge. 3 different numbers to call to cancel!
Went on lint to the chat part and was told to read the fine print.
Called the bank the charge was removed and the card canceled.

The same thing happened to me.
These people are SCAM artist.
I took your advice and canceled my credit card.
Wish we could get them before they take advantage of others.

Charge for 7.95 - calling to find out what it is.  Already on hold for 12 minutes

These trial programs all have the same rules/fees that disclosed in the terms and conditions. This is required by law.  

They also use BOGUS CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENTS - Oprah and Rachel Ray do not endorse the ACAI BERRY product as both have disclaimers on their websites.

Also bogus - is the "AS FEATURED ON" CNN,NBC etc - what this means is that they have a commercial only - not that the stations actually endorse the product.

I suggest you to the website where you placed your order and scroll down to the bottom and click on Terms and Conditions.   They also RELY HEAVILY ON THE CONSUMER NOT READING THEM  if you did you probably would not have processed the order.

In some cases you have to click on I agree or just by processing the order is your agreement to the terms and conditions.

It will probably state that after the trial period - you will be charged for the original order and they will continue to ship products and charge you monthly unless you cancel during the trial period.  

Trial period starts the day you order the product  - not when it is shipped or received.  They deliberately ship late as well.  

Unfortunately they also make it impossible to cancel and ignore numerous requests to do so and continue to charge the card.   So you usually have to cancel your exist card and request a new one.  

So to avoid this in the future
Read the terms and conditions - before you start to process your order - sometimes you cannot back out once you have entered the info.
Check out celebrity endorsements by going to the celebrity websites and check there.

I also am being scammed. Signed up for a 'trial' sample (HA) of Dazzlewhite and Dentech whitening. DO NOT DO THIS. Both of them charged my account $89 and $58, plus have had another one, Axis Wellness charge show up ($9.99) and now this 866 number in GIBRALTAR!!! My bank says it's overseas. It is a scam. The dental companies have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Have also cancelled card.
