Received a letter in the mail saying I qualified for 2 round trip airfare tickets for travel anywhere in the US.
The letter head had US Airlines name on it with no address, just to call Tina Dun with the phone number.

This is a scam!

Just opened the same piece of mail.

I have the same form letter with a fake US Airlines letterhead.

I received same letter from Tina Dun telling me to call 866-996-3314 for my 2 rountrip airline tickets, "this is our last attempt" it says. My handwritten address sent from Pheonix,AZ no return address.
Got my hopes up for about 1 second.

While technically this is not a scam, they do ask some information about you and they want you to meet with a travel agency before they'll issue you the tickets plus you must pay all the taxes and fees associated with the ticket depending on when and where you travel.

Probably not worth the effort
