I called it back. got a not in service message. Really! if it's not in service then how come somebody is able to call me from it. If my caller id is showing some fake number so that I can't call back that should be illegal.

Everyday occurence, but I don't answer and they don't leave a message.

They call and want to collect on a debit you tell them that it is not yours
and then they get all pissy and hang up on you so you call them back
and get a recording saying that the number is disconnected

Got a call, 10:30am, on 2/14/11.  Line disconnected after I answered.  Caller ID was the phone number 8702046317.

Same as above. Get them to stop.

Yep, us too! Same call today for the first time. Caller ID said "Arkansas" - 870-204-6317. Didn't answer.

Comes up Dawson M & B.. Answer and they hang up.. called them back got a mailbox..

Same as others, they called at 8.00am and hung up when answered. Caller ID shows up as Janet Zaragoza 870 code is Arkansas

Called my number at 4:40 p.m. PST and I could barely hear the 'female' voice which asked for my name, personally.  I kept saying hello but received no response and hung up. The person did not call back.  It was annoying.  The caller ID indicated the call was from Harrison, Arkansas.

Just called -- Caller ID said Arkansas.  Hung up when the answering machine kicked in.  Never had this number call before, but it's the second new, unfamiliar number to call this morning.

Wants you to pay a bill but will not give details. They threat to turn over to collection. Please get to stop. Have been called 4 times

Got a call at 8:13pm. Survey said we won a wireless alarm system. My wife took the call. Said call back When I was out of the shower. I wonder how much this free system will cost!!!. I will reminde them I am on the national do ot call list if they call back! Will keep ypu all posted.

I got a call this morning and I didn't get the name of the Company.  She said the company was a brokerage company dealing in time share and getaway weekend rentals.  She knew we had 12 getaway weeks we had not used and she wanted me to let her lease them to corporations for $1600 a week.  She said she could take 6 of them now ($9000) and the other 6 at a later date.  

I asked her what this was going to cost me and she said a one time charge of $698.  I told her I had been through this before with a company who wanted to rent my weeks ($2500/wk) and they had not done anything for us.  She said we wouldn't hear from them again. When I asked why they couldn't take the $695 from the $9000 she hung up on me.  I don't trust anyone with that type of line.

just got the call.. they said.. we got your name.. because you smoke... I said I am on the do not call list.. dont call here again.. and I hung up!!! wth

Left no message. Just another scam call.

Since my voice mail picks up the call there's no benefit it not answering.  I pick up on speaker phone, say nothing and if a person on the other end speaks, I hang up.  I hope they are offended by my rudeness since I never asked them to call.  This is obviously another spoofed caller ID.

Just rec'd a call from (870) 204-6317 identified as "Arkansas".  Answering machine kicked on.  Morons did not even have the common courtesy, much less gonads, to leave a message.  Obviously a SCAM, do NOT answer as you will only confirm a valid phone number as well as allow the SCAMMERS to document a time that number was answered.  BEWARE...

Got a call from this number @ 2:33pm.  Caller ID says Clark Betty.  I answered and no one was on there.  No tone or anything, just silence.  I hate it when these kinds of people call my house.  I am on the Do Not Call list as well as many of you.  Don't answer if you see this number: 870-204-6317.
