Another "Rachel from Card Services" scam. Ignore and report!

Automated - said it was offering a lower interest rate for my current credit card.  Prompted to speak to someone.  I was very polite and said to 'Please remove me from the calling list.'  The woman said 'GREAT!! Enjoy your HIGH interest rates!' Click.
I wish I could call the # back to [***] someone out.

Automated message states that your holiday shopping put you in debt for $4000.00.
East Indian male then tells you that he is in Afghanistan and a "terrorist" if you ask him any questions about the call.

We don't answer out of area or unknown telephone calls - and nether should you.
We have now blocked the entire 870 area code.
No calls from the 870 can make our phones ring.  Blocked forever.

Called four times today and left no message.

Sick and tired of these [***] calling.   I'm gonna start messing with them soon.  Like making them wait for answers or making them believe I am some Yokel from someplace.    Waste my time to steal my money?   Time to fight back....just tell them hold on and leave the receiver off the hook!

Auto call, lower intrest on Visa card. I don't have a Visa card. Damn Dummys. DoNot Call list is [***] JOKE.

Unknown number, so I didn't answer and the caller left no message.

Keep getting calls from this number now on my cell phone asked to put on no Call list. No luck

Also called us today. I never answer ANY number anymore that I don't recognize. Then I check here to see if it's another number to block. I, too, am so sick of these scam calls. I'm get 3-5 different calls each day.

If it were not for Rachel, I would not get any phone calls at all.

This guy called asking for my credit card number and expiration date so he could "lower my interest rate". When I told him I reported him to the FBI he said I don't care about you [***] and started yelling at me.

How many more times do you folks have to be told not to answer numbers that come up on your Caller ID that you don't recognize.  Every time you answer that robo call call from "Rachel at Card Services" it confirms they have a connected phone and your number goes back in sequence for another try to scam you.  Do Not Answer and you will cut down on the number of calls you get from "Rachel" and all the other telephone terrorists.  It may not eliminate them altogether, but today's call from 870-427-9763 (which is likely not the number they are calling from) is the first I've received in months from "Rachel".  I did NOT answer and neither should you.  Federal and state DNC lists are for legitimate telemarketers who respect and obey the law.  The calls you receive are from criminals who wheel, steal, and deal to get "live" or "working" numbers.  The more you answer, the more you'll be called. lDo Not Answer numbers you don't recognize.  If the call is legitimate and important, the caller will leave a message for you to call back for a legitimate reason.
