- DogfaceDan Worker
Harass the harasser every time they call you call them 10 times more, the calls will stop.
Dan it must have been bad for you growing up as a scumbag being picked on by everyone.
Let`s just hope that your parents are dead and you do not breed. - Dogface| 3 repliesHave gotten several phone calls from this number claiming I have some form of unpaid check loan. First, of all I have no checks so I cant get check loans. They have even some how got my work number and called to get my social scurity number. If it was a legitimate company that I have gotten a loan through wouldnt they have that on file? Thats normally the first thing that a company would ask for in order to get a loan. To run a credit check. Also, it is against federal law for anyone to request that information over the phone. A police report has been filed and my phone has been setup that when they try to call it will transfer the call to the police department for them to conduct an investigation on these people. It has been told to me that these people will do anything for you to make a payment over the phone or give them your credit card number. If you become a victim of this you need to:
1. Ask for the Agents name and ID number
2. Ask for the business license number
3. Ask that they send you documents certified mail providing proof of the check and any documents you have signed proving that you got a loan.
If they tell you that you will be arrested "dont belive them". A warrant must be issued through your county police department where you will be served with papers to appear in court for the issue not an automatic arrest.
Hopefully, you can get some form of address or something for these people where you can file a report with their county police department to have them cited or some form restraining order for harassment. So many people have become victims to these people because they can threaten you over the phone with some pretty scary things. I hope this helps anyone who has been a victim to this. Good Luck! - JC replies to DogfaceIt would be a lot easier if you could understand them. I have no clue of his name or company name. I barely got the phone number

- sdb replies to DogfaceI jsut got a call from these idiots at work. Said they were from Cash Advance.net. I asked them how come if there is a warant where was the paperwork. They said it was a paperless loan. Right. I asked them for their business ID # (3178675623189) and asked them to send me documentation in the mail and he asked me if I was out of my mind and said they would be coming to my job to arrest me. I've already been beaten down by other issues in my life so at this point I really don't give a [***].
- tck| 2 repliesI have been getting calls also. The voice sounds the same even tho the names are different. They do keep calling when you don't answer. And when they do leave a vm you can hardly understand it. They can be rude and hang up on you when you're still talking. They can be threatful and say if no pay will download the case.

- cfranzFunnily, they called and thought I was someone completely different. But then, I only got my cell number a week ago. I thought it might have had to do with the previous person who had the number. Apparently not.
- Matt Brooks| 2 repliesREPORT ANY CALLS TO POLICE: I am a retired Chief of Police and licensed private investigator in Arizona, these people have been harassing my daughter. If they say the are investigators they have to be licensed in every state they work in. Operating with out a license either business or a private investigators license is a crime at some level in every state. They have never returned my calls. Additionally, NO STATE would authorize the use of FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS DEPARTMENT as a business name or as a private investigative agency because the name infers that it is a government entity. Any credible company will have a real name and address. Report this to anyone that will make there life difficult. For some reason they don't ever return my cheerful messages.

- misstsdbI keep getting calls from this number looking for my husband. He used my cell number online. It sounds like the same voice but using different names when they call. Very hard to understand. Sounds like they are drunk or have a mouthful or both. I never answer it, but if I'm in a mood I just might once.....

- PeggyThey just call and call I have talked to them and I can't understand what they are saying. I guess if something is going to happen let it. I don't know who they are working for so until I can understand them I'll just not call back or answer again.

- JessicaThey have called me several times at my work.. they are very rude and say the same thing everytime about how they are going to come arrest me or take me to court. it's funny everytime they call its a different name but they all sound just alike. But i tell them the same thing every time, send me a certified letter.. funny how they have been harrassing me for almost a year and i have not got one thing in the mail still. I'm so fed up with these people calling my work and harassing me. I need to find a way to stop them but apparently there is nothing that can be done.

- Sam| 1 replyThese people call me nonstop, i can barely understand them, they are rude, and hang up on me if I give them any kind of push back at all. They are saying they have 7 federal lawsuits against my social security number for 7 different payday loans that I never repaid. They know all of my personal info...my full SSN, home address, work address, home number, cell number, work number, email address, name of my bank and my full bank account number. They also claimed to have a copy of my credit report and said that I was stupid because I didn't have a copy of it and that all 7 loans were negatively impacting my credit. Well I got all 3 copies of my credit report and there is nothing suspicious on it.They want anywhere between $400 and $4000 from me, depending on which day they call. They threaten to arrest me the next morning everytime they call. Yet they refuse to send me any sort of paperwork. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with my state Attorney General and have also filed an identity theft report. My local police department said there was nothing they could do since the company is out of state and most likely doesnt really exist anyway. I was able to get a name and address form the caller. It's probably bogus but I'll share it anyway:

- Ann MarieThey called me once and I answered and heard the guy and knew from the jump it's a scam. I let him say his peace and then I told him I know this is a scam if you call me one more time I am reporting you. The US government isn't going to hire someone who can't speak English. Report him to the federal trade commission.
