Real Estate scam. Communicated through text messages. Every time I asked when I could meet her/him I'd get a "I won't be in the state for a while."

Very similar experience as lucy.  tried to rent a home in Ann Arbor, MI for a very good price on trulia.com.  without any warning the house was pulled down and the next day I get an email from a person named Mini M Kuruvila telling me the house is still available.  I ask to view it and they tell me to go and look at the house: both the outside and the inside through the window, and if I like what I see we can proceed with the process.  hahahaha wow.  im dumb but not that dumb.

also mentioned they were out of town with an injury and asked me to text them on this number.
