Great American Cash & Reward Co contacted - says i won second prize asking for my details

You can't win something you never entered.  And they'd already have your "details" if you had entered.

Its ILLEGAL to ask for money to receive it.

Called me and and was speaking in a weird accent. Couldnt understand a word he said. Something about shopping at Walgreens or Walmart.

Called me 5 times.
1 - I hung up once and someone called back saying they were the manager. I only needed to western union them $11 for taxes, but that money would be held and returned to me.
3 -offered to pay my credit cards, only needed the number. Calling from Hawaii
4- would send me a check so I know they were real - calling from New York
5 - I won a prize and they would come to my home and deliver it once I western unioned them the taxes.
There are so many things wrong with all these scenarios I can't even begin to explain.
