Pickaway County Ohio Victim received call from "Publishers Clearing House" Informing victim of winnings and soliciting money to claim prize. Caller gave the name Peter Excelsier claimed to be a manager and boss of Leo Dodson - This is a scam.

Peter Excelsier called my home about 3 weeks ago - and again Monday.  Sounds scarey on the recording. 1st time our caller id said it came from Kingston, Jamaica.  2nd time it was unavailable.  I have not returned any calls, nor plan to either.

I also recieved a call from this number stating his name as peter excelsior he did have a very scarry voice.  When I called back I asked why some one was calling me.  He said hang on yelled to someone in a different language and who ever it was didnot come to the phone.  How can people keep doing this frad crap.  Is there anyway to prevent it? Is there any way to trace the phone number?

Peter Excelsier called today. He had like a computer or robot sounding voice.  He said I had won 5.5 million dollars through Winners International and I could receive my check at my residence within 30 min. after sending approx. $900 for state and local taxes through Western Union or Money Gram that could be found in any Walmart.  He said the check would be delivered by UPS service and would be accompanied by 1 banker, 1 lawyer and 1 FBI agent (him).  He gave me the badge # 3639.  He also gave me the name of the chief merchant banker Lee Poindexter and his address of 17023 W. W. 107 Place in Miami, FL.  His phone # 305-255-1573.  He also told me the check would be from Winners International and be drawn on Bank of America and signed by Shirley Taylor.  He also kept asking how long it would take me to get the money sent and when I would act not sure he would say he could not force me to take the winnings and that there were lots of other people that would like to have the money.
He had basically given me to 3:30 p.m. to call him back and when I did not, he called me again around 5 p.m. and I told him I was not sending the money and then he asked how old I was over and over again.  Then he either hung up on me or I cut him off accidentally.  But I just thought I would pass this info on.

To let ya'll know old Peter Excelsier has a new number it is 876-302-1096. I have told him 3 times that I did not want his money. But he keeps on calling, so be careful.
