not paying    canceling  service  even chargin for recieving

This person called to say I had won a prize and a car from Publisher's Clearing House. He said I'd have to call a manager to learn exactly what I'd won and to accept an appointment at home to receive the prize. I said "I see you are calling from Jamaica." He said, "That is Jamaica, New York."

Scam call about winning a prize

This is a scam call. If you answer or call it back you will be charged by them. It will appear on your wireless bill but is not generated by your carrier. It will end up costing you about 60.00. Unless you believe them about winning a huge prize & pay the "taxes" & "fees".
