I received a call from this number...first it was an "unknown" call and the person said his name was John Kirby with Publisher's Clearing House and I won 1.5 million dollars along with a 2012 Mercedes Benz. All I had to do was go to Wal-mart and purchase a green dot card for $205 and I would be reimbursed by their attorney Mr. Warren Brown. All I had to do was give them a package code, check number, and winning number. Once he started talking about purchasing the green dot card, he said to hold while he contacted the prize delivery team and there were beeps like it was recording something. I went ahead and hung up and received two more calls...the first without the number blocked showing it was from Jamaica 876-372-6322 and when I didn't answer, he called back unknown. He kept telling me that I was a very intelligent lady and that God had truly blessed me with this reward. I was suspicious right off the bat because the number was blocked and I had a hard time understanding him due to his extremely heavy accent.

The same thing just happened to me. I told them I didn't beleive them that I had won anything and the person said that I would see it with my own eyes. He then asked for further information and I couldn't understand what he said. After 3 attempts he gave up and told me to have a good day. Definitely a scam. However the guy was polite. :)

I just got a call from this number.  They guy told me I just won my choice of $1,000,000 or a pearly white Mercedes Benz.  He sound drunk, speaking slowly with a definite accent.  He didn't get any further, because I told him "I don't think so.", and I hung up.  I agree with the other comments.  Definitely a SCAMMER!
