Received a call from "Proctor & Gamble" saying I've won $250,000 and they sent me notices over two months ago. But since I did not respond, I need to update the check and send $400 via Western Union to a gal in Montego Bay, Jamaica then they will come with an FBI agent and a Fed. Express agent to deliver the check. This sounds like a scam...They say they will reimburse me the $400...but I am very sceptical...Anyone else gotten a call like this?

A man identifying himself as David Washington called me and said I had won the lottery for $850,000.
To claim the money my code was Blue 52. To claim the fund I was to send $1100 to a Daniella Scarlett via telegram to a Jamaica. West Indies. I am a senior citizen whom they are trying to scam. They gave me the telephone number 876-384-9183. They need to be stopped.
